Yep. It doesn't even take that. I have taken quite a few different drugs in my life, mind-alterers and mood-alterers. When a drug is active in your body, you know it without doubt. You feel the difference. You feel the effect of it on your mood and attitude.
I don't have to have an angel appear. Just a very definite, undeniable, outside-influenced mood-swing after a prayer would be nice. But, nope...
Of course, the "faithful" would point to some failing of mine as the cause of this. Not enough faith, or secret sins, or some such. Right.
