My comments about change were meant to show how the organization could change and still survive.
They see themselves as "the slave serving food". So let them concentrate on serving food rather than prematurely presuming to be "governing all of Christs Belongings".
It is inevitable that they will have to admit at some future point that Christ didn't come in 1914 and that his coming is yet in the Future. If they can realize that, then they ought to be found "feeding the domestics" when Christ arrives. Being an information organization they are well positioned to expand their educational activities and leave local communites (congregations) to manage their affairs.
Do I really think there is a strong likelihood of this happening? No!! But if it did I might be encouraged to think that there is at least the possibility that some Divine One has decided to work through this organization.
Too bad. It ain't going to happen.
