Yes, because they insult the person and do not deal with the argument. As you said, you're not Christ and you cannot judge hearts. Really, no one except "the judge of all the earth" is in any position to properly apply Jesus' words to anyone else. Your following remarks, therefore, are evidently born from thinking far too much of yourself and your religion than you ought:

It is trivially evident that JWs often do not teach the truth, often teach untruth, and when they do teach the truth they're not alone. Therefore they cannot "possess the same truth as taught by Jesus", and you cannot apply Jesus' condemnatory words to anyone besides the ones that Jesus did. When you do, you're setting yourself on a pedestal you have no right to be on, and setting yourself up as a judge in the place of Jesus.

Seems to me that this is a cowardly way of excusing yourself from actually doing what you claim you're going to do. The brave way to handle this would be to attempt to prove that arguments you think are wrong really are wrong, and defend your proof in public. If your arguments stand up to criticism, fine. If not, and you dismiss the criticisms, then you're only fooling yourself. Keeping everything to yourself won't prove anything except that you know how to keep quiet.
