Fred Hall is an obvious troll (several of us have pointed this out a few times before). He certainly has knowledge of JW history and seems to have a lot of the old JW literature. However, recommending reading Rutherford's books is not something a current JW would do. Quite the opposite in fact.
I don't know why anyone bothers to respond to this guy. He obviously gets some sort of sick delight in poking at people and watching them respond. If everyone ignores him he'll go away, just like a child who loves to tease to see the responses will quit on his own when people just ignore him.
