in most org the suggestion you made would work well perhaps case in point the biz world
but orgainized religion well that is a horse of a different color.
you see the little problem one has when it comes to organized religion is that someone must lay hold to the claim that "GOD WHISPERS IN MY EAR AND NOT YOURS"
THIS has always been the continueing problem relgion has faced to open up orgainized religion
like "Saturn" car company just won't work
religion by it's very difinition requires that someone esp in a large org lay claim to title of
"Head Dude in Charge"
in life there are basically 2 types of folks
leaders and followers
for anyone who has served as an elder knows that the avg jw is truly a follower
jw have been known to go ask the elders if it's OK to Fart- smile
many folks enjoy having others make choices for them they may feel it relives them of any responsiblity
