I see you are back at the old 'generalization' thing regarding Christianity again. You paint all with the same brush, which makes your points ludicrous and dishonest.
I guess someone who considers (ex) Bishop Spong a 'Christian authority' must have a weird point of view, one that focuses on the dead middle of a horse's behind.

It is funny to watch you use expressions like “ludicrous and “dishonesty” and yet being totally unable to substantiate your claims. You never seem to able to mask your impotence when it comes to defending you superstition, yet you seem unable to keep your mouth shut.
You also seem unable to understand that reading Spong and a lot of other literature on the subject is a way of educating oneself in such matters, but that the final judgment has to be reached within yourself. Ignorance in these matters seems to be your ultimate goal.
It is also funny to see how you very accurately recognize how utterly impotent and helpless people like Friend and Greg is in defending the Watchtower Society, and yet you are oblivious about your own similar impotence and helplessness in defending your own particular superstition. You are every bit as pathetic and defenseless as the Watchtower apologists in this field, the sooner you realize this the better.
