Hi 1,

Good post as always. The point you make about how a person's view of the Society change reminds me of Martin Luther.

Now he was as devout a Catholic as you could find on the earth. Really a seriously obsessed and imbalanced sort of fellow, drove his confessor nuts with 3 hours a day of confessing nothing. Anyway, this pious fellow goes to Rome, a very high point for him, and he can't believe his eyes! Priests rushing through prayers or Mass in order to rush off to the brothel and stuff like that. Well you can imagine how this sort of thing made Luther feel. He was never the same after that. He was so upset and disillusioned, well you know the rest of his story.

I guess Rome and Bethel seem to have more in common than many might think, eh? Real eye-openers. Of course I'm sure they have learn a bit more about being subtle in Rome but in reality, some things never change (no matter how they may appear).

Take care 1,
Julie
