| Beautiful to look at with a Big Stone, but it is not
perfect. This 2.04ct Oval stone has a visible fracture inside (not reaching
the surface). The stone is structurally sound and stable. The stone is graded as I/3 (laser enhanced) and Color L-M. The
new 14ct Yellow Gold ring
has 10 small diamonds around the main stone. 2.44ct tcw .
I bought this ring from someone who did not tell me about the fracture so I was a little disappointed. This was not what I was looking for, so I am continuing my search. However, it is still a very nice ring if you want a BIG STONE for a VERY LOW PRICE. I accept PayPal or Cashiers Check. Buyer pays actual shipping costs and insurance.

This ring has two appraisals. The first from the previous sellers gemologist who graded it as Clarity I-1 to 2, Color J/K, and priced it as an optimistic RETAIL value of $8275. Click for a PDF copy of appraisal 1 I had the ring appraised by a local jeweler, who graded it as Clarity I-3 (laser enhanced) and Color L/M. This person uses a much more conservative REPLACEMENT value, which he estimated at $900. Granted, he had an interest in selling me a better ring. Click for a PDF copy of appraisal 2 Well I suspect the actual value is somewhere in between, but I have the Reserve price at much less than the low appraisal, so this is your chance to make an informed purchase of a very pretty ring, with a very BIG stone. |
