Zena:

According to the vet, Zena's coloring indicates that she is a Russian Blue. She has a small spot of white on her chest, and a perfect white pinstripe across her belly. She truly has been a joy to have in my life. She is very vocal! And yes, I did name her after 'Xena: The Warrior Princess" she lets you know in no uncertain terms when she is not happy! Zena was two years old in November 2002.

Cosmo -In Loving Memory, September 2, 2005.

I was fortunate to have Cosmo in my life for almost 10 years. He started showing signs of liver failure in July; I took him to the vet, but there was nothing I could do. He managed to hang on for a little while longer, but in the end, it was best that I help him pass with as little suffering as possible. He was an incredible cat, and will be sadly missed.
I love you Moe!

June 9, 2006. We're pleased to announce a new addition to our family... Welcome Oliver!

Oliver has joined our family from the Callaway County Veterinary Clinic - the same place Leo and Katie were adopted from! Leo took to him right away, and actually acts as Oliver's surrogate mother. Zena tolerates him, and while Katie took a little longer to come around, she now plays with him for short periods of time. He's a very trusting little boy, and loves to attack feet! All four of them sound like charging elephants as they race around the house!
