Course Objectives

1.      Know the content and be able to apply important managerial organizational behavior theory and research findings.

2.      Understand ethical management principles and practices.

3.      Gain knowledge and skills regarding self and other people through various instruments and study of the individual level of organizational behavior.

4.      Improve knowledge, skills and attitudes toward working in work groups and teams as well as in influencing behavior through leadership communication, conflict management and related organizational processes.
