One of the possible problems is the fairness when deal with travel agents from all over the world. Sometimes, it is not fair for some companies act to the tourists because they need a lot of their profits from tourists who have to pay for them as they already deal with.

In his opinion, as he works for traveling company, what he though is about how fair Thailand could have to the travelers when they already made reservation and already been here and they got some unfair from travel agents. The solution he suggest is about the regulation of the government and awareness of the travelers.
Ans. I think that it should be from a selfish by each person. Everyone surely looks at their benefit and value without notice anything else. If they can take advantage from anyone they will do. This reason causes business look over society, business just want to make their revenue only.
Ans. This came from family, school where they had to compete all the time. They made their own value to have that or this by themselves. For example, parent taught their children to not let anyone play their own toys, etc.
Ans. It’s quite hard to solve this problem. It should change from the value of society first, then a family institution, school should teach the children to have loyalty, ethics in the right way to be survivor in the world not to be selfish. In his opinion, he though that selfish in all the businesses and institutions caused their own business getting high profit at the earlier time only not for long time. His suggestion was good to develop personal habit at the beginning since the children were born.
Ans. I think that business was established to make profit. Some people think about corruption and unclear things to get money. Some business run for hospitality but at the back they might do money laundering too. I can say that some company accept money to get the job when they have open auction and the one, who works inside and relates to, accepts that money for his own. That makes business get the wrong company to take care of that unclear job. This would cause business bankrupt just form the corruption one.

Ans. . IT department, the important thing is to keep customer privacy and security. Also, all staffs who work in that company because IT person will know everything about password and they can access staff’s computer. If one think for himself to get some benefit, business will have big problem definitely. Such as in the back, person know the password to access customer accounts and do transfer money to his account and escape. No one can caught him, business will loss trustable from customers. No customer wants to deposit his money to that bank anymore.

In his opinion, he gave some good point for the security of the workplace. The loyalty of each person to his/her job will be very important the company otherwise company has to invest a lot of money to protect this case.
After all interviews, I got some problem, root causes, and solution to solve the problem. Mostly, the problems come from personal reasons of each person who want different things, but those cause a problem to business area. The root causes come from what people needs is to get it in very easy way. Most solution to solve the problem that they gave is about education, family, society, religion, value, loyalty, and respect. We should have class to learn about ethics in the school when people still are kid, then they will accept it easily.
