Saturday was our last day in Maria Alm; this became the shopping day (picked up some nice tee shirts). I went for the "Summerollen Landluge" (think a one man bobsled in a concrete trough rather than an icy bobsled run - LOTS of fun). The luge runs down the mountain and was very close to Maria Alm. The cattle grazed in small pastures under the ski lift (to the top of the luge) and between some of the curves --the cows made the experience.
There was a breathtaking view from the ski lift.
We had our last dinner in Maria Alm, once again going to the Wildenbranch. Tomorrow was going to be a busy day (I didn't know HOW busy, as it turns out) so we went to bed a bit early.
