| Unsolicited Shutdown Damn, its hard to explain what has happened over the past couple of weeks. Low turnout for Payback, a highly anticipated pay per view, controversy with the Action Zone Championship, then the site goes through an unsolicited upgrade. A upgrade that totally shut out all administrators from doing their jobs, causing many to speculate what just happened. In truth, Payback was completed on Tuesday, October 19 when it was supposed to be ready on October 17. But you have to understand, not all things are sweet and when dealing with a show on this magnitude, it has to be done correctly and things tend to be late. But this is not the half, when myself tried to post the show on Tuesday, I could not gain access to the board. I was denied and did not notice the new features on the board. I thought Id pass it on to The Booker and he to had the same problem. From this point, I went to the forum administrators and they worked on the issues at hand for at least 3-4 days. It was finally resolved Saturday or Sunday, October 23-24. Yet, I have not been able to log onto the site to actually see what features have been added or what continues to have bugs. With this upgrade, it knocks the schedule out of whack, which will be fixed pretty soon. I just hope everyone bears with the situation and stick around to see what is going to happen. By no way, the site is going to close down. Not even with Franchise and his buddies will shut us down. Believe me when I say that when the site gets back in full swing, its going to be better than before. We just need you all to stay dedicated and understand that technical difficulties happen and you shouldnt run away from the situation. Things were beyond my control and I just couldnt communicate anything with you guys. I still need to gather information and make it a better, so when things like this happen, we wouldnt be left in the rain. We could just continue to trek along and make this alliance work. So, if you come to read this, please go back to the original home forum and wait for a card to be posted. I contacted Booker and he should be able to post a card soon. Also, spread the word that the site is back online and that everything is back to normal. Consider this a break and a way to refresh yourselves. To those who are new to the site, welcome, and understand that this is technology, we work for it, it doesnt work for us. These things happen from time to time and with every occurrence a new lesson is learned on how to deal with catastrophes like this. Next time, with forewarning, I hope, we can prepare for such an event. Just remember, to spread the word and let everyone know that the site is not DEAD and is still going. Just wait for a new Extreme Zone card to be posted soon and we will just go from there. In the meantime, a new site is being created to better suit security purposes.
