Jeff Vollmer is helping CYC start a chess league in the middle of October. League will last 6 weeks with two games a week one night a week. Teams will consist of 4 adult players and 4 youth players. League will be USCF rated and cost $10 per player. Teams must be affiliated with a parish. Teams can have players not part of the parish but must have at least one player in the parish. Will also have tournaments for individuals.

Also Jeff is having a small USCF tournament outside Soulard market September 30th. USCF rated - cost $1.
