The aim of the sect: to sit on God's throne and judge for 1000 years.

MESSAGE: The years when Christ is coming back: 1799, 1874, 1878, 1881, 1914, 1918, 1920, 1921, 1925, 1930, 1941, 1944, 1975 and 1980. Reference to first five dates, look at thesis 7.

The meaning of this leaflet is to help you in a simple way. For those who have been misled, it is to show the way to the God of the Bible, to Christ and the way to salvation and peace. The next time the witnesses come to your door, I recommend that you start a conversation beginning with the next ten thesis. E.g. Thesis 1: Before the Witness has given their opinion about the Bible being the only source of Christian thesis or doctrine; do not go forward into thesis 2. Be careful, because the Witness will do all they can, to get rid of this. They have been trained to stand up for what they believe is the truth, by any means: lies and tricks included. Keep your head cool and don't let them carry you astray! Be careful when the Witness say: "We haven't got anymore time today". It doesn't mean that they are going to leave, no, it might as well mean that "Now we are going to change the subject". Beware that when they feel being pressured, they will change the people who are coming to visit you. It happens by an excuse that "the person, who visited you earlier, was not able to come this time". At This point, you can say: "Then, we'll wait until that person can come back". You can also suggest that you start from the beginning. Never let a new person meddle in the middle of a conversation. Never let them fool you by saying "We'll come back to that point, later on". No! Remember that it is you who leads the conversation. Not them!

It is very important to understand the Bible when reading the Sect's literature, Eg: Acts 8:30-31 and Mt 24:45. is talking abaut a non- Israeli, whom Philip hears reading the Book Isaiah and Philip asks him: " Do you understand what you are reading?" Man replies: "How can I understand unless someone explains it to me?" This is the point where the sect will interrupt and say: "From this you can see, that you cannot read and understand the Bible by yourself. You have to have a leader and that leader is me. (In other words the head of the sect is mediating their literature.) In the gospel according to Matthew 24:45 Jesus is praising the servant, who gives food for people in right time. Who else but me, the head of the sect would, Jesus think of praising?

COUNTERWORD: Proverbs 30:6, "If you claim that he said something that he never said...”Look also Rev 22:18-19. Do these texts need an explanation? Hardly! No, the Bible and only the Bible is the guiding principle of Christian faith and pilgrimage. But Philip, who needed guidance, was forgiven for not understanding what he read, because there was no written guidance available at that time. Now we have: the New Testament.

Sect believes in two kinds of salvation: heavenly and earthly salvation. This is based on Rom 8:16-17. Here they talk about "God's Children." They'll be in heaven and the rest of the saved will be on earth. Look At Rev 7:4-9. This text tells us that there will be a small crowd, 144, 000 people who will live in heaven and a big crowd who will live on earth.

* COUNTERWORD: When we read Rom 8 at the same time, we can only interpret it as talking about salvation and doom. Note especially Rom 8: 6-9 and v. 14. In reference, Rev 7:4 the sect will say "Speaking of the people of Israel is symbolic, and not counted. Because those who will be in heaven are counted." (So, the text which doesn't suit the doctrine of the sect is made symbolic.) But, as true as God's throne is in heaven, is also the great number of the saved in heaven. Look at Rev 7:9 and 19:1, 6.

Sect teaches to its members (subjects), that when they are facing persecution, "Be brave then, because that is proof that you carrying the truth with you." Compare with Mt 24:9.

COUNTERWORD: This is very confusing. Just because a table has four legs and so does a horse, does not make the table a horse. So called Jehovah's Witnesses are persecuted, but so are many, many others, It doesn't say anything about the truth.

One of the biggest features of the sect is the belief that Jesus died on a pile, not on a cross. This argument is based on Paul saying in his letter to the Galatians (Gal 6:14) that he would boast only about the cross of Christ. The cross is a tool of torture and therefore, it is not logical to boast about it,they say.

COUNTERWORD: Couldn't we, as well, discuss about how many angels could dance on the tip of a needle? In my opinion, the death of Jesus is primarily important for Christians. I cannot see that the shape of the wood would matter. Wouldn't it be as painful to hang on a pile as on a cross? Where is the difference?
This is one of the proofs of the sect, that Christian doctrine is false.

Six days of creation according to first chapter of Genesis, is turned into 6000 years. This is based on Peter's second letter 3:8. One day = 1000 years.

The paradise of the sect will be established by the members of the sect in 1000 years time. Compare Rev 20:4-6. For a thousand years they will preach to the lost souls, who had been raised from the dead, which happens in this same thousand-year-period, according to them. Rev 20:5. After these thousand years the paradise will be ready, but constantly poisoned by death, that shall never be abolished.

COUNTERWORD: In my opinion, it is imaginative to imagine that people could establish the paradise. What great thoughts about themselves! And all this would happen in the sixth part of time, which God himself needed to create the paradise (according to their doctrine). Moreover it says in Rev 20:5: “The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were over.” They will rise to be judged “…those who have done evil will rise and be condemned.” (Jn 5:29) “…there will be no more death…” (Rev 21:4). (Look also at Psalms 36:7b.) According to Rev 21:5, He sits on throne and creates a new paradise. Isn’t that so, the sect has taken Gods place on the throne! But in this, we’ll come back when we discuss the sect’s substitute for the commandment of love.

Today, Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that “the days of the end” started in 1914. This is despite the fact that their official magazine preached for a half century, that the days of the end started in 1799. That doctrine was taken from the Adventists, who have taken it, in turn from…The dates regarding the coming of Christ and the new order have changed more than ten times. The primary fact regarding the coming of Christ is not the date, but the way He will come: invisible. The dates have been counted from the book of Daniel, chapters 4, 7, 8 and 9. The way He will come, is taken from the texts of Mt 24:3, Mt 28:20 and Acts 1:9-11.

COUNTERWORD: Jesus says: “No one knows, however, when that day and hour will come…” (Matthew 24:36). We notice that disciples asked Jesus again, but Jesus said: “The times and occasions are set by my Father’s own authority, and it is not for you to know when they will be.” (Acts 1:6-7). The way He will come back, is clearly stated in Matthew’s gospel (24:4-31). Here, Jesus warns us and says: “Be on your guard, and do not let anyone deceive you.” (Verse 4) “Then, if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or ‘There He is!’- do not believe him.” (Verse 23) ”For the son of Man will come like a lightning which flashes across the whole sky from the east to the west.” (Verse 27). “…as they see the Son of Man…” (Verse 30). “Look, he is coming on the clouds! Everyone will see him…” (Rev 1:7). So, there is no danger of being mistaken, when He is there!

God is one person, Jehovah. The son of God, Jesus Christ, is an angel, and the Holy Spirit is a force. Texts according to above are in: 1 Cor 8:4-6, Jn 1:1, Prov 8:22-36, Heb 1:5 and Jn 20:22. The expression “Trinity” is not in the Bible, so there isn’t any triune God!

Sect teaches to its members that the Bible forbids blood transition according to Lev 3:17, 7:26-27, 17:10-14, Deut 12:16, 23, 15:23 and Acts 15:20, 29.

COUNTERWORD: Blood transition is not mentioned in any part of the Bible and there is nothing even referring to that. This is just one of the many ways of the sect to take the place on God’s throne.

It is important for the leaders of the sect to tell its members, that salvation is not possible without good works. One of these good works is going around from door to door in order to get more supporters. By doing this, the sect tries to make sure, that the number of the members is increasing. As a support for this, the Jas 2:14 is used.

COUNTERWORD: I recommend that you read the whole chapter 2. For Christians, good works are the fruit of salvation, but for the Watchtower Sect, good works is the way to salvation. Texts below tell us that good works don’t save us. Christ however, has paid for our salvation. We must [have to] receive it! “…there is no one else whom God has given who can save us.” (Acts 4:11-12) “It is by God’s grace that you have been saved .” (Eph 2:5). “The person who is out right with God through faith shall live.” (Rom 1:17). Look also Rom 3:20-22, 28, Rom 4:5, Heb 10:38, Gen 15:6, Gal 2:16 and 3:11, Eph 2:8-10, Acts 10:43 and 13: 38 and Phil 3:9.

You cannot have a thought which is against the doctrine of the sect, despite how biblical it is.

COUNTERWORD: Yes, the Watchtower sect has truly taken its place on Jehovah’s throne. Jesus gave us one single commandment, which would fulfill the whole law, and that is the commandment of love. The sect has replaced this by its own commandment: “Your thinking must be within the limits of our doctrine”. On top of this, the sect has piled up its own teachings. Clear doctrine of the Bible is removed in order to adapt it into the doctrine of the sect. The commandment of love is weakened and the fruits of the Spirit are stamped under foot! “…love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility and self-control.” (Gal 5:22-23). Is there an organization, a church or a parish, which wouldn’t know the fruits of God’s Spirit mentioned above.Is it of God?

The Watchtower can separate good and bad people. That, the Christians of the Bible cannot do! Look at the parable of the Weeds (Mt 13: 24-30).

THE WATCHTOWER SECT HAS GIVEN ITSELF FREEDOM TO GIVE JURIDICAL JUDGEMENT!

Every Jehovah’s Witnesses parish in the world has its own juridical authority, which is completely dominated by men. It means that for, example, if a woman is raped by its own members, she has no permission to go over to official authorities, such as the police. If she did that, she would be dismissed from the parish. No, in a case like this woman, she should go to a local judge, where she can be sure of one thing, and that is, that she would, herself, be judged.

THE CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE

JW divide the saved into two categories, which also includes presence now and therefore it is to be carried on. This is a cunning and calculated way to choose oneself as a ruler: in this sense members of the sect belong to a group of rulers in his inner world. The group of rulers is 144, 000 people. Them, Jesus calls according to the gospel of Matthew “spiritually poor” (Mt 5:3). This is only about the expression “spiritually poor”, which means, as do many other texts in the Bible, something else other than just what is written there. The group of leaders is also that “faithful and wise servant” which is written by Matthew (24:45) Here the word “servant” means “ruler”.

JW lure people into their organization and lie to them! That is proven by the fact that the book of the sect cannot be given to anyone else except the baptized members. So you cannot know, what you have agreed with, before you have said “yes”. This is explained by saying that organization is secondary. It is a top construction. In this place also the dictionary “JW- normal language” would be useful. When we talk about “foundation”, they talk about “top construction”.
