| What's a cell group? If you ask me, I think a cell group is like a family. Well, at least mine is. =) I joined a cell church a couple of years ago and was borned into this new family. The JJC cell group started off some years back and in my time with them, I've seen tremendous growth as well as some mighty moves of God. Guess we've all been thru some ups and downs... and I've seen people come and go. And to those who are still pressing in for the breakthrough, We Can Do It! (with God as our helper, that is..hee..) Yeah...this page is dedicated to you guys...you're the best. |

| As you will notice, the names in the write ups below are arranged in alphabetical order. Haha...so no laments abt who goes first and who goes last. Cecilia - The youngest addition to the cell. Cute...always conscious that she dun fall into the ah-lian catagory. Been on a few shopping spree with her and her sis...oh boy... =P Claudia - Yes...she's a very nice person...sensitive to ppl's needs. No...she doesn't run away to other cell grp... but always stay ard to talk to the girls and just minister to us in her many helpful ways. Very blessed to have you ard!! Clement - Super Sunday star...Aaron Kwok lookalike... finnaly he ORDed.. busy managing his restaurant now but will always tries his best to join us for service every sat. Plays mean snooker. Dennis - He's the first guy that i know of who owns the loudest laughter... I mean those kindda laughter that'll thunder about the shopping mall. =P He's now happily married to Auntie Julie (sorry gals...) and father of little Samuel. Dennis has been a great mentor to me...thanks!! Edmund - Stylo...always changing hairstyles...but at least they look ok. =P A 'Buffy' and 'Charmed' kindda guy. Accomplice in skipping activities and lessons. Working in Miracle Pub..I mean, Touch Cafe. =) Eleanor - Our 'tutor'. hehe... Gone to Aust to further her studies. Life has been good ever since she got her driving license. Just wanna to show our appreciation for always being so willing to give us a ride back no matter how tired or busy you are. Thanks!!!! Gabriel - Mr Bear =) But really, think he looks like the tara panda (or whatever you call that...) whenever he lays down flat on the floor, which he enjoys doing...very much. Gab's good in music...be it singing or piano. Hazel - 'Gotta give Him, gotta give Him...the glory' Hehe... Haze is competing with Dennis for the loudest laughter award. Also known as our 'Zhang Lao' (elder) although she's not so 'lao'. Hazel's our cell leader, that means the one getting the headache from calling us up and chasing us to come to cell. Thank God she never tire or give up. So the rest of us, make sure we go for cell every week, yar? =) Jasmine - Jasmine is...musically inclined!! Yeah... and she has a beautiful pair of brown eyes, I mean, the naturally brown ones. She's very sweet, gentle... JiaLun - He's Meiling's twin brother. Having joined the cell only this year (2001), he's always seeking to draw closer to God. Striving in the army now... Jialun is....intelligent!! resembles his sis in many ways. Junbin - Another one of our smart scholars in school... Supports Chelsea...dunno why also...sigh. Oh, i think he likes cats, judging from the way he cuddles the strays on the streets...(much to someone else's dismay..ha) Justin - Kero...kero...keropi. =P Kevin - Kevin...let's see... O, always running off to RJ's cell..dunno why too, yar? Hazel, we gotta devise a formula to keep the guys intact..hehe.. Lily, Ps - Our elder? =) She's a great leader...a scholar in her own field. She's very knowledgable and host of our 'Ask Lily' programe. =P You'll feel motivated and inspired after speaking to her. She has that gift to speak to your direst needs with compassion and sensitivity. Meiling - Oh, besides being in the same church and the same cell, Meiling's my classmate in college too. Meiling is...smart, hardworking... reminds me of a housewife actually...hehe. Mel - Our dear princess. According to yaomin, Mel looks like Kyoko Fukada. (???) Personally, I think her sis resembles Wong Li Lin...hehe. Mel takes art (yah...picasso and donatello and all the names that sounds like leonardo...all the 'so', 'do' and 'o' behind). Spends her free time drawing horses at the turf. Aspiring future mass communicationalist. MingLi - Elder sis of Cecilia. Woa..that makes 2 pairs of siblings in the cell grp =) Another latest addition to our already fantastic cell grp. hehe.. Taking her A's this year... Hey, do well, k? I'll see you in NUS Psych next year! Phoebe - The name reminds me of Alyssa Milano. But, according to yaomin, Phoebe looks like Maggi Chueng. One of our dual from Hong Kong. She's...very pretty, charming. And has a great passion for people (dun get me wrong, guys) and loves interaction. O, think she resembles the guitar girl from Davis music shop...hehe. ShiYing - Looks like one of the guys from 'Tension'...dunno which one also...they all look so g....em...nvm =P Like Phoebe, Shiying's from HK too. Always giving funny comments...but he's righteous at heart. and last but not least.......our very dear... Yaomin - There'll be times in the car when hazel and i will start singing some songs. Then when Yaomin joins in halfway, Haze and I will suddenly stop and stare at her with this blank face...wahahahahahaha...... sorry. hehe. Yaomin's this cute girl, funny...wacky.. leading the jjc ministry now. =) Press in, Pista!! |
