Charlie, a First Lt. in the air force was out on special assignment with his best friend Guile, when they were captured by Bison. They were tortured for a while until they could escape, rumor had said that Charlie died on the way back, but in reality, both he and Guile found civilization. He now competes in street fights and a variety of other competitions, with a moveset similar to that of Guile, sonic movements, and high stamina make him a tough opponent. He competes in hopes that he will someday re-encounter Bison and give him payback for the hell he installed in both his and Guile's lives, and make sure he never harms another soul. His secondary objective is to eliminate all the traitorism in the Air Force's ranks.

Sonic Boom:A concentrated sonic wave, thrown by hand.

Somersault Shell:A kick with a following wave of energy, genereated by sonic movements.

Flash Kick/Crescent Kick:A Rolling kick downward, throwing energy.

Sonic Break:A rapid succession of Sonic Booms.

Somersault Justice:A triple Somersault Shell.

Crossfire Blitz:A charge in combination of punches and kicks.

Supersonic Justice:A combination of punches and kicks, ending with a Somersault Shell and Flash Kick. (Shown before moves)

Destruction Carnival:Charlies newest move, can be done in a array of ways, but always consists of a launcher and at least one backbreaker, one variation shown below. Biggest combination is as shown but with a added link into 3 supers at the end of it, very hard to take pictures for.

Charlie is the head of Team Street Fighter. You can usually find him on populated kaillera servers, or if you really need him, Aim "Vism Charlie or ElfOfDestiny" Email "[email protected]".
