Serves 4
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts fresh or frozen whipped or soft cream cheese Red Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly lightly season with salt and pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 375* Lay chicken on double layer of foil and spread cream cheese over top of each breast. Add a large spoonful of pepper jelly on each piece of chicken. Wrap the chicken up in the tinfoil and place in a glassware or shallow pan and bake for appox. 30 min. or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices are clear. Add more jelly just before serving if desired. Serve with rice or pasta and broccoli or favorite vegetable, and rolls. |
