3. Pre-manufactured walls. (conventional frame)
Walls arrive on site pre-manufactured, when erecting the building, time saved will be
greater than 50% percent, no time wasted on stick frame

4. The Carpenter Framer(s).
When on site, installing and bracing pre-fabricated walls, will give the
contractor a discount in labor; the framers work is cut by at least 50% and more.
Errors that are associated with stick frame on site are eliminated.

5. Very Important.
Skilled trades, especially carpenter framers, they are becoming extinct (Nil)

Alright, now that we're convinced the building will take less time (at least 50% percent),
the faster you get it erected, the faster the realtors may sell the units.
