Summer Months (12 - 14 weeks) (I impliment a cycle when reach totals of over 100 M/wk)

week 13:
week 14: 115 - 120 M; 17 M LR; 13 M Med LR;
morning runs = 4 - 6 M; controlled runs = 7 - 10 M
September - Mid October (4 - 5 weeks)


Mid October - Mid November (4 - 5 weeks)
