Let us show off our grandchild!-- Shown in a 2004 photo taken in their Auckland New Zealand backyard is Raymond Noel Liddell and wife Valarie "Val" (nee Rennie) with granddaughter Elizabeth Charlotte Rose Liddell, daughter of their own daughter Debra Margaret and former husband Wayne Robertson. (Debra took back her maiden name after a divorce and gave it legally to Elizabeth.) "Ray" is the gggrandson of sea Captain James Donaldson Liddell, who was highly important to the settlement of New South Wales Australia and New Zealand. The Team has been given extensive files by Ray on the captain and his descendants.

Submitted by Robin Pratt.  Robin is the granddaughter of Elizabeth "Bessie" Williams Smith, who is the daughter of Martha Liddell Williams who was the daughter of Moses Wilkerson Liddell.  The child being held by "Bessie". is the sister of Robin's mother. (Robin estimates the picture was taken around 1903 - 1906)

HAPPY HUSBANDS IN NEW ZEALAND -- L. Wayne Saunders (left) and R. Trevor Gardner are the husbands, respectively, of Lorraine Liddell Saunders (child to date: Caleb) and Mary-Ann Liddell Gardner (children to date: Jordan, Flynn and Rylee). The wives are the daughters of John and Patricia Liddell, also of New Zealand. This picture was taken close to Christmas 2005 in John and Pat's home.
