BIOGRAPHIES
Scott Boyer is the drummer in the band.  His real name is Scoboyer but in American it translates into Scott Boyer.  No one really knows where Scott is from or what his background is.  He doesnt speak very good English and the rest of the band believes he's a German exchange student who some how got lost in the 925 and never got back together with his German buddies.  Schroeder met Scott while they were at a party.  They both had been drinking but Scott was still a little to sober for Schroeder to spit so Schroe put a little extra tequila in his next marguerita.  When Scoboyer was ready willing and able for anything, Schroe gave Koch the peep sess nod and Koch knew it was on.  After that, Boyer became the new JTI drummer.  Rumor has it that Boyer played in an emo band in Germany and was considered the best drummer in Europe.  His sexual orientation is also unknown but has exhibited homosexual tendencies.  Guy groupies are welcome, but only for Scoboyer.  In his free time, Scoboyer likes to fingerpaint and walk around his house naked along with his "roommates."

Chris Koch is the mastermind behind the lyrical genius that is JTI.  Koch's father is believed to have been one of the greatest underground poets in the 1970s on the streets of east Oakland.  Koch's mother was a speech writer for the ever-famous Richard Nixon.  From looking into the background of Chris Koch can we only get a tiny glimpse at his eloquatious pshychy.  Koch, aka Senor K's word mastery has been compared with the likes of accomplished authors such as Toni Morrison who wrote Sula and Carter G. Woodson, the mastermind behind the eye opening book, The Mis-Education of the Negro.  Senor has been taking voice lessons since he sang in the church choir at age 3 when he sang his first solo.  His voice has been descibed by one Rolling Stone writer as, "absolutely breathtaking...when you say names like; Sinatra, Pavoratti, Bolton, Gaye, All Green, it would be a travesty to leave the name Koch off that list."  Well Put.  He enjoys drinking coffee, eating scones, and does yoga everymorning at the break of dawn.  "It harnesess my chi" - Senor

Nick Fedotoff is source of the soulfull bass lines that JTI has been consistently known for.  Nick aka "Toffers" also comes from a very talented musical background.  His father played bass and toured throughout the 70s and 80s with the Jamaican reggae band, Toots and the Maytals.  The only white guy in the band.  Nick was born after a concert one night and rumor has it, his father placed a bass in his lap 5 minutes after he came out of the womb.  This reggae environment nurtured who is now the greatest slow rythym bass player on the face of this earth, Nick Fedotoff.  After getting kicked out of the mediocre band, 'Friday 5' for philosophical differences, Koch and Schroeder were at his house the next day with an offer to join the greatest band ever, JTI.  Fate was on their side that day and Fedo agreed to hop on board with the reggae masters.  Bass player magazine had this to say about Toffers, "...what was Friday 5 thinking when they gave this guy the boot...at the moment, he is the best bass player in America, no...the World!"  Also been known to be a big fan of groupie lovin, so watch out all you females out there.  On his free weekends, Nick does what he enjoys most which is traveling north along the coast stopping at all his favorite bed-and-breakfasts'.  "they are so cozy and intimate" -Toffers

The other co-founder, Matt Schroeder supplies the unadultered guitar sound for JTI.  Aptly dubbed "Flying Fingers" by the living legend Eric Clapton, Schroeder was playing Stairway before he was walking.  A master-mind in the art that is music, he posseses a vast plethora of guitar styles.  A "Flying Fingers" guitar solo will make you lose your mind.  The solo will leave you asking yourself, "Could a human really produce such a beautiful and breathtaking sound such as this, or could it be the supernatural?"  I guess you are just gonna have to ask him.  He can play it all; from ska, to reggae, to dub, to Hendrix-style acid rock.  Coincidently, Schroeder was also kicked out of the less-than-par band Friday 5 for "idealogical differences" (aka, you suck at drums).  But that wouldn't stop him, Schroeder dropped the drum sticks and picked up his 6-string and got back to the basics that had carried him throughout his life.  JTI is his new home now, bringing him success, fame, and money.  At a concert in '94 at the local pub, he played a guitar solo so deranged, all strings on his guitar broke until he had only on left and finished out the last 3 minutes of the solo on one string.  Absurd.  In Matt's free time, he is an avid, hard-core liberal lobbying for certain causes such as animal rights, the environment, legalizing gay marriage and marijuana.  He is also tired of giving one-third of his paycheck to the government because he feels that we as Americans should pay more tax money to government programs.  He was recently arrested at a pro-abortion rally for calling a cop a 'crooked pig.'
