This was official news from www.myLAUNCH.com

(9/1/98) Less than a month ago during an exclusive live myLAUNCH chat with MJJ Music recording artists No Authority, the group revealed that Josh Keaton's future with the group was questionable due to "personal problems."

Now, Keaton has come forward with his side of the story: He tells myLAUNCH that he quit the group. "Right now, I'm going back to school and pursuing an acting career," 19-year-old Keaton reveals.

According to Keaton, remaining NA members Danny Zavatsky, Ric Feliz, and Eric Stretch have been less-than-truthful about his departure. "
They haven't admitted that I quit the group," says Keaton, who left "about a month ago. Instead they say I haven't showed up because I have personal problems. When you hear that, it sounds like I'm on drugs or something, which is totally untrue."

The group's management and MJJ Music have yet to make an official announcement regarding Keaton's departure.

His decision to leave the group was based solely on his growing agitation with management, Keaton says. "(Our album) just wasn't being pushed. We would steal the spotlight at pretty much every show, but there was never any product in the stores," he says, adding that the "Keep on" crooners were far more than just a bump and grind away being propelled into the sex-symbol superstardom they sought.

With sophomore studies at the University of Southern California and auditions to keep him busy, the multi-talented star, who already has a few acting credits on his resume, says he has no regrets about giving up the group-- even if they break big without him. "It's show biz," Keaton shrugs.
`*` WHOA `*`
I thought this was pretty funny when I found this in my files, I think it sounds to familier, like Danny's story maybe?!?!?
