Imagine yourself in a sacred holy space, full of power and beauty. Look around you. What is this place like? What makes it holy and sacred for you? Experience the richness of each detail; the colors, sounds, smells, and textures. You may find you are in a peaceful natural landscape; or in the inner chamber of an ancient temple. Take a moment to sit quietly in meditation, being open and receptive, listening for any messages or guidance you may recieve. When you are ready open your eyes and return slowly. |
