Power of the Air
Air corresponds to our breath and life force; to the power of the mind; our intuition and intellect. It facilitates communication, spaciousness, movement, speed; the ability to cut through and think clearly. Air is associated with the heart and the lungs, the nervous system, and the physical sense of smell. An excess of air can make us spacey, scattered and averly analytical.
Stand on a mountain top. Enjoy the soft air and gentle breeze caressing your face. Listen to the whistling song of the wind, echoing through you. Watch the winged ones as they swoop and dance in the spacious sky. Breathe deeply as you energise and renew your body and spirit.
