elementary and middle schools in Japan banned this item....what is it
and why was it banned? The answer is cell phones. The latest cell phones are
more than just phones- they have e-mail, and games. Teachers
found that students were e-mailing each other when they
should have been doing school work! As you can see in the
photo, these phones are designed to be attractive to
