Justin Miller is the Managing Director of Wachovia's Legal Specialty Group for the Western Region.  Justin's Legal Specialty Group teams are responsible for servicing the unique financial needs of law firms and attorneys by combining high touch service with customized solutions.  Prior to joining Wachovia, Justin was an attorney with the Los Angeles office of a major law firm, where he specialized in tax-effective business and estate planning.

Justin received his Bachelors of Arts degree with honors from the University of California at Berkeley.  He received both his Juris Doctorate and Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, where he participated in an accelerated joint degree program.  Justin is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar of the United States Tax Court.  In addition, he has obtained certification as a CFP(R) professional. 

Professional Affiliations: Member, Board of Governors, and Chair, Taxation Section, Century City Bar Association (2001-2005); Member, Taxation Section, and Vice-Chair, Corporate Tax Committee, Los Angeles County Bar Association (1999-2005).
