This is a website for my uncle antique store in Sanford, NC. This antique store does not exist. This is the first website I have created. I completed this website with customers in mind. The home page welcomes you with operational hours for the physical location.The rest of the four pages flows nicley, allowing user to learn what the site has to offer, leading into buying items. When designing this website placement was the hardest thing for me. The previous assignments helped me write the html text. I had ventured into other resourses to help me style all the pages.
I made the design choices so the website is easy on the eyes. I feel like items (Pictures) will pop out more if there was a light color background. I wanted this site to be informative more than anything. The video I choose fits with the business and is informormative to customers. This video also gives the user a sense of trust, making customer more likly to purchase something. I will be using this website as a model for all others.
This website is the model of what I have learned. I would like to add a back ground image for all pages. I would also like to add a payment form for customers to buy items with. I think some background banjo music would make the customer shopping experience more pleasurable. I would also like to style the shopping page with prices and a shopping cart.
