Canada Hill Granite Research
The Canada Hill Granite is an anatectic granite that occurs in the Hudson Highlands and infers a deep seated syntaxsis with extensional shearing from Late Ottawan to Post-Ottawan deformation (1.1Ga)
During field work, Dr. Matthew Gorring taught me the meaning of beiing passionate about geology. This photo was taken on a short break from gathering samples... I think Matt tired me out.
