| Justin entered her trailer at eleven fifteen, finding her hanging laundry as his clothes he had given her to be tailored hung from a cabinet knob to the side. She paused to cough, then continued, oblivous to the fact someone was in her trailer, a few steps behind her, watching her every movement. Finally Justin cleared his throat to let his presence be known, and watched her turn in fear. "Mr. Timberlake, you ready?" She pulled his clothes from where they were hanging and brought them to him. "Two inches at the waist, an inch in length, one inch at the waist, and two inches in length." He commanded as she quickly scribbled down his instructions. "When will you need them, sir?" She kept her eyes on the paper, quickly writing descriptions of the pants next to the instructions. "Whenever you are finished, Jaden." He rubbed his eyebrows in attempt to gain the courage for what he was about to say. "How was your night, Mr. Timberlake? If you don't mind me asking." She tried to imagine him in the beautiful suit, maybe having dinner with a model of some sort. "I had a nice long bath." He watched her expression turn sour. "Oh, I was under the impression you would be wearing the suit tonight, since it was so urgent you got it back, sir." She tried to control her tone, she had already slipped and let him know she was at least a little put off. Before he had a chance to retaliate, there was a knock at the door, then JC let himself in. "Hey I have a big favor to ask you." He greeted before noticing Justin, after which he hurriedly quieted himself, and settled for giving Jaden a hello kiss on the cheek. "Well, I'll leave you two alone, wouldn't want to interrupt anything." Justin spat as he hastily exited the trailer. "What's the favor?" She returned to her laundry, trying to think of something besides Justin. "Could I sleep here with you tonight? I hate having a big old room to myself." She would have offered to sleep on the couch in his suite, but knew it would look bad for her to be in the hotel in the morning. On the other hand, JC being in her trailer was not a big deal. "Sure, you can have the bed, I'll take the couch." She tried to sound confident that it would go her way, but knew it would not. "I've told you that two adults can share a bed." He reminded her, before leaving for a change of clothes and other toiletries. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Good afternoon Lance, Chris, Joey, Mr. Timberlake." She greeted as they entered the backstage changing area to get into the first outfit for that night's concert. She quickly handed them each thier clothes, as Joey noticed JC already dressed, sitting on the couch. "Well, you two seem to be joined at the hip." He teased as Jaden's face turned pink and JC walked to her side. "We have mutual interests." He gave a sly smile before whispering something in Jaden's ear, causing her to giggle. "Yeah mutual interests." She agreed, glancing at Justin out of the corner of her eye, in hopes he wasn't finding her conversation too personal for his presence. She stood at the door as each of the guys left for the stage, each one dipping down to kiss her cheek. Justin was soon infront of her, not sure whether to walk on, or get down on his knees and beg for forgiveness. "Good luck, sir." She held up her hand to pat his back, then decided not to at the last moment, withdrawing her hand, and giving a smile instead. "Thanks." His tone tired and bored, she quickly shut the door to write in her journal. Five minutes before the guys were to change, she hid the journal once again and couldn't help but smile. Soon, Chris pushed the door open and she knew he knew. "GOT YOU!" She screamed as she jumped off the couch to hug him. The night before after he had laid down to sleep, her and JC had snuck in his room to write dork across his forehead in glow in the dark marker. Something she was sure he wouldn't notice during the day, but once he got on stage, the whole front row would see. After JC had assured her Chris took his showers at night, she knew it was the perfect plan. Chris swung her in a circle a couple of times, then replaced her on the ground. "This is war." He assured her, rubbing his forehead. "Payback's a bitch." She ran her tongue across the bottom of her teeth ready for anything he had to say. "I wrote the book on payback." Rushing to get dressed, thier conversation ended there, and she knew to be on lookout for anything fishy over the next few days. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Justin took his time changing, not ready to get back on the bus with all the guys, they hadn't taken sides, but they had advised Justin that an apology was in order. He knew he was wrong, they knew he was wrong, he just couldn't admit it to the one person who needed to know. Trying to delay his departure as long as possible he flipped through a couple of magazines, until he came upon a notebook. He knew he shouldn't look at other people's personal property, but thinking it was one of the guys, he opened it. Finding it was Jaden's he was intriqued to see what she had to say about him. 7-25-01 Today was very eventful, Justin felt the need to put me in my place after some playful banter. Ok, whole story from the beginning....Today I found out the guys old stylist was fired because he came onto Justin. I tried not to laugh, but Justin just does not strike me as gay in the least and I couldn't figure out for the life of me why someone would think so. Well, JC started laughing and that made me laugh. Justin stood and said something to the effect that I needed to be more professional with him, and that his personal life was his business, not mine. So here I am calling him Mr. Timberlake, and sir, hoping he will return to the person he was yesterday. I thought that he was a good person, ecspecially when that crazed girl attacked him and he held my hands, but you heard all this yesterday. Anyways, somehow Johnny found out, I am guessing JC, and came by to offer me another job. He told me he could have me transfered to another tour. I will not do it, there is no way I am coming out this a failure. I don't care if Justin hates me when this is over, I will not leave this tour until the guys do. 7-26-01 Well, maybe I will leave the tour, I have to admit, I honestly believed he would have apologized by now, but he has chosen not to. I really like being with the guys, but I just don't think it's worth it. On a happier note I got Chris back for spraying me with water yesterday. I, with the help of JC, wrote dork on his forehead in glow in the dark marker, ha ha. That'll learn him. Write more later, guys are coming... He couldn't believe it, Johnny had offered her another job and she hadn't taken it, even though he had been a selfish child. He had to apologize, and as soon as possible, he quickly made his way to her trailer. When he barged in she was in a towel, obviously fresh from the shower, with another towel wrapped around her hair. She tried to tug her towel to cover as much of her body as she could, but it didn't seem to do much good. "I'm sorry." He looked to her eyes for reassurance, but they were cast down at the floor. "It's okay, sir, just let me get dressed real quick." She turned to leave but he ran around her, blocking her path to her bedroom. He lifted her chin to look in his eyes. "No I'm sorry about everything." |
