I came here yesterday (6/28/00) to check the guestbook, and what I saw was amazing. There were six new signatures. You're probably thinking well what's so amazing about that. Well, I noticed that they had all gotten the address for this page from the That's Racin' Forum. So I went to the forum, and found a message called Prayer Request. I couldn't believe what I saw. Someone had posted to the forum giving out the address for this site. As of right now, there are ___ signatures. ___ of which are from people on the forum! Thanks guys. Instead of trying to explain exactly where on the forum these posts are, I am going to copy them to this page, with the permission of the people who posted.

MMGalThis is for a little guy. He's 2 years old and has Leukemia. He recently fell and broke his leg near the hip. They might have to rebreak the leg or do surgery and this on top of the chemo. Please keep him in your prayers.

Please visit Justin's site at Racing angels, www.racingangels.org/lilangeljustin.html. Also PLEASE sign his guestbook! You can read updates, see pictures, and learn about ALL at Justin's page www.geocities.com/justinde3

terrygirlMMGal... A prayer has been said and I'll continue to pray for him. I always feel extra heartbroken when it involves children. Only 2 and having to go thru such horrendous things :( I'll be in prayer for him and his family!!!!
MMGalI'm in... Keep it in

Fanof12Oh my gosh, went to the site. What a heartbreaker. I'm praying as we "speak."

Poor little guy....

Sports Mom 24Justin's situation certainly puts all of our "problems" into perspective.

He's in my prayers.

Heewack!poor guy...
CharlieBrownA prayer has been said, I don't know what I would do if my two-year-old had to go through this.
PenguinYou got it.....reminds me of why I couldn't be a doctor. Too hard on the soul.
#3RuleMMgal I went to the site and had to leave. I have a close freind who just went through Gamma knife surgery yesterday due to cancer that has spread to her brain and am upset enough by that.

I have 6 kids of my own and can not imagine how horrific it must be for Justins family. Justin will be added to our prayers. Moira my friend is an adult and knows the monster she is up against, this poor little guy has no idea! I hope he pulls through and makes a complete recovery. If he is an Ironhead fan, hopefully he will be like Ironhead and have the strength to pull through the worst!! He and his family are in our prayers.

MMGalI know this is probably futile but I'd like for everyone that posts are here to remember that we are sooooooo Blessed. And when the ones on here that like to start crap get their trash floating please remember this!!!!!!

Makes everything we fight and fuss about seem stupid.

MMGal.Just bringin it up to the top. Would appreciate if someone would do that today every little bit.
Fanof12Oh MMGal you are sooooo right. Geez - with three kids of my own, I can't even imagine how the family deals with this.

Sports Mom 24Just back to the top.
D3Sorry to hear about something like that. I know it makes my problems look a lot smaller.

Hang in there, Justin. We're thinking about you.

MMGalWould everyone go sign Justin's guessbook? And if you would let them know that we are ALL HERE and that we care. I kinda feel like we are all family here (even the brats) so we should do this together. Ok so if that sounds dumb then too bad. Just go sign the book. please.
Dear old dadKeeping good thoughts for the family. Dunno what I'd do if something similar happened to 97heaven or his brother...
SPLIT 2NDNo matter how much bickering I've read on other threads this shows you all have big hearts!! God bless all of you.
EARNHARDT4PRESIDENTI signed it MM; i think I'm right above you :)

PreacherMMGal, he's in our prayers! Leukemia is a terrible thing. God bless him!
HollieMy prayers are with him as well...it's a hard battle to fight. You know what though, it's not only HIS battle, but it is a battle the entire family will learn to fight as well.
DW GalI'm in too, MM Gal. Will go to his book when I go home for the day....Cancer is a bad thing at any age. Lost my dad to it. However, even worse when it's a little guy. These stories always are hard on me because of my two. I don't know what I would do if it were mine....
katie8828MMgal..I just visited the site...what a lil' sweetheart...Justin and his family will be included in my prayers. You're right...it does make all the silly arguments seem so petty. Thanks for this post..I hope Justin gets many responses in his guest book to let his family know there's alot of us out here who'll be pulling for him.
coca88I don't know why I hit reply, because right now I have no words to express how greatful I am to see all of the kind words for Justin and his family. I guess you're probably wondering who I am. I better tell you before I start crying :) Some of you who chat may know me as coca88, but for the rest of you my name is RAchel and I volunteer with the Racing Angels group who has been supporting Justin and his family. I am also behind the creation of Justin's site (the one you all signed the guestbook for) and I was just there checking the guestbook. I noticed that Kmj (thanks bud) had signed that and thought that was cool, but had NO IDEA the number of others that had signed it. I wrote down everyone's names so right now I'd like to thank Kay McKenrick, Kay Cook, Chris Davis, and David for signing the guestbook. I saw that you all put the Thats Racin Forum as where you got the address. I had no idea that someone had posted here, so I want to thank the person who started the discussion about Justin (MMGal). I've been talking to Justin's mom since about january, and have been working to bring awareness to this little angel. Never before in my seventeen years have I seen such an outpour of support for a two year old. Please know how greatful I am of your support and I don't even know the Weng's. SOmetimes when I talk to Justin's mom or get an email I just wish i could get on a plane or crawl through the telephone wires to be with them and support them. I can only imagine how greatful they are for all of the signitures and prayers. Thank you again and please keep up the prayers... and visit the site soon to see more updates!!! Thanks again everyone!! I'm going to go now before I start crying and can't see what I am typing :) (great I'm waiting for my password so I can post, and a sad song comes on... here come the tears :)

Sports Mom 24Rachel,

I haven't been with the Forum for long, but I have learned very early on that even though we have to be thick skinned about some issues, this group does have a bunch of very big and soft hearts-especially where the little guys are concerned.

Know that we are keeping Justin and his family in our hearts. :)

zciapmI am praying
coca88Sports Mom,
You are absolutely right! NASCAR fans are the best and we got lots of em right here!!

WinstonGalHi All,

I, Along with Rach (coca88) Would like to Thank all of your for your prayers and also for your signing of Justin's Guest Book. This family has been through more in 6 months than some of us will ever have to face in a life time. Just a simple note to the family or on his Guest Book Means SO Much to the family. Racing Angels has been working with this family for a long time, and we feel that are a part of us. Justin, affectionally called "Lil Iron Head" is a very string young boy. But there is just so much anyone can take. Rach has worked hard with the Racing Angels volunteers to get the word out bout Justin and your discussion on this board helps more than you will ever know .... And your prayers help even more. Thank you so much .... I will now go support Bobby Hillians sponsor And pull the Kleenex out again.

God Bless all, especially the Lil' Angels

ncottleThanks for sharing with us. I shall keep this little one in my prayers. How sad!!!!
MMGalNo Thanks are necessary for bringing this extremely important topic to the forum... I just felt that Justin needed our prayers and I knew that the people on this forum would be more than willing to do what they could.

And this is coming back to the top. One day isn't enough for this post.

inaloopMMGAL - My best to this kid. My wife's great nephew has a brain tumor, and he is only 2 1/2. Has been doing Chemo to keep it from growing, can't do radiation until he's 5. We are working as volunteers this weekend at a softball tourney to benefit his family to defray the massive medical costs. Hope everything works out for all of us.
chesterDone!
MMGal.
24 fansThis breaks my heart. Like so many of you have mentioned...it's bad enough for adults to have to suffer with this horrible enemy, but for a sweet, innocent little child it's almost unbearable! The family is in our prayers. That seems like so little, but prayers are so strong. :O)
RedRobinDoesn't a child's illness show us what life is about? My prayers for Justin and all of the other sick children in the world. And their medical staffs.
Robin
Sherry66My prayers are with him. My father died from cancer and I have a good friend who is dealing with tumors in the lungs so I know how hard this could be but I also know somebody who's brother was in a coma since March and not expected to make it and he woke up 2 weeks ago and is doing fine so maybe with all of our prayers we can help pull little Justin pull through this (typing and wiping tears away is not very easy to do). :(
chuck38MMGal, I'll pray for the little guy and place him on a prayer chain...God Bless..
Chuck
...as if you didn't know :)
rndslussGood post MM, I'm going to the site now. Thank you for doing such a great thing!
MMGalPlease guys don't thank me! This is something that needed to be shared! *smile*
MMGal.
bobbyfanSending this back to the top with a prayer.
MMGalThank you!!
88RacnFanPrayers said.
TaurusMMGal, I missed this today. I will add the little boy to my extra prayer list! I can't stand to see children suffer!
Kelloggs5FanHe is in our Prayers and will have him added to the prayer list at Church. He sure is a cutie.
Dale88Kyle44I am new to this forum. I signed up on Saturday might and was rather disappointed after reading some of the posts on Sunday night, but what I just read was unbelievable. For so many people to express concern, genuine concern for a little boy makes you have faith again in people. This is by far the best posting I have seen since Saturday night when I signed up. Thank You for sharing his story, and god bless him and his family.
3-8-1I have a son who is 5 and I can't imagine want that family is going threw. Our prayers are with them.Let's not forget mom and dad in our prayers.
roxyPraying for this sweet little boy and his family. I can only imagine what they are all going through.
zciapmDale88Kyle44 welcome, I'v been here for a short time, but am always overwelmed by the responce and concern, and caring people on this forum, we also have a Preacher who is real...too many are not. You will enjoy, just weare your thick skin once in a while, and I'm still praying.
BE#9 FanThis is really too sad. I hope&pray that he makes a full recovery.

Sports Mom 24Back to the top, guys. Keep thinking about Justin.
coca88hey guys,
IT's me, Rachel again. Trying to get that Junior member thing off my name. LOL gotta find about 29 more places to post. I was wondering if you guys would mind if I coppied your posts to a section on Justin's page. I want to tell Justin's family about these postings, but with all of the new topics that are added by the second, it get tougher and tougher to find the one you are looking for. I think having them all on one page will be a lot easier to find/read. Let me know if you don't mind me copying your posts! Thanks
