REASON:
March was a good month.  Life was good.  I was beginning to get hours at Arby's again,
so I had money.  I was madly in love with my girlfriend at the time, Joanna.  Early in
the month, I went to Blockbuster with a group of friends, and I bought several Resident
Evil games (RE0, RE1, and RE Code Veronica X [RECVX?]).  The character Albert Wesker
always wears sunglasses, and being a survival-horror game, it's night.  My friends and I
got a huge kick out of making jokes about this song and Wesker.  Naturally, "I Wear My
Sunglasses at Night" became the song of the month.
