Brand New - Am I Wrong Well I talk Too much To myself And I turn my back On my faith It's like glass When we break I wish no one in my place And I've seen You don't need their seeds When the cut Goes in deep And I'm lost in sleep I can't stay [Can't stay] In this place [This place] I can't stand When the room turns 'round [When the room turns 'round] On my fate [My fate] You give no [Give no] Guarantees There's no promise I can keep [There's no promise I can keep] I can't stand I can't see my way I feel blind On my feet I can't stay too long Am I wrong? Goodbye, lay the blame on luck Goodbye, lay the blame on luck Goodbye, lay the blame on luck Goodbye, lay the blame on luck I'm so tired Of my mood And sleep comes With a knife, fork, and a spoon You're so pale In your face You let Life get in your way And I've seen [I've seen] You don't need their seeds When the cut Goes in deep [In deep] And I'm lost in sleep Am I wrong? Goodbye, lay the blame on luck Goodbye, lay the blame on luck Goodbye, lay the blame on luck [Goodbye] Goodbye, lay the blame on luck [Goodbye] REASON: As the year comes to a close, we spend time with our families and friends. This year, my friends came home from college and Alain came back from Texas. Two weeks we spent doing the random stuff that we do, knowing that he had to leave when the new year came. Just before the end of the year, I found an old friend from the internet, and we've been talking almost every night. At the end of the year, I was the happiest I've been in a long time. I was getting plenty of sleep, spending times with my friends, and truly living, but all good things come to an end. We say goodbye to the old year, welcoming the new. The new year is a new chance. A new day to live again. To change things... Here's to the broken. Here's to the new year. Here's to happiness. Here's to everything that was, is, and will be. Here's to us. Here's to Dos Banditos.
