The Seventh
There was a bit of a rush for this visit, as it had to be moved from our usual time, to a Monday. A red alert Monday even… Anyways I was there, and we still had to wait a while. This time he did a cross section to calculate her weight a whole 1.2kg. It doesn't seem like much, but for me it means that she is over the 1kg mark. It's often seen as a cutoff point for viability. (Nasty issue there, but we won't go there…) The doctor is sure she will be on the small side, which doesn't seem to bother Michelle, and doesn't worry me either.
Again we have a scan of her face, which I've rotated.
The search for anti-natal classes is over! We went for the Alberton lady, and Michelle loves it. I can't wait to actually go on one… We also have an appointment with a midwife, the clinic has been booked, so most of our ducks are in a row.
The baby's room is taken a few more leaps forward, with most if not all the furniture sourced, and almost all of it even painted! There is still some touching up work to be done, but there is less pressure. Babies names are more an issue, with the discussions continuing…
