PART 4 Alexis walks through the front door throwing her coat on one chair and her briefcase on another. She walks over, plops herself on the couch and places her feet on the coffee table. She looks and feels like crap. �Long day?� Cameron asked walking out of the kitchen with Kristina. �I just feed her.� He places her on her lap. �Maybe I should of counted my blessings when I had the chance.� He sits on the arm of the couch. �What�s that suppose to mean.� �It was kind of nice not having to be in court all the time.� �But a lawyer is who you are.� �I know but I�ve been thinking about not working so much now that I got Kristina back.� He moves next to her. �You only have Kristina for as long as the courts let me keep her.� �Oh please the last thing I want to think of right now is Ned and this whole rape mess.� She looks at him. �You do believe me when I tell you I had nothing to do with it.� �Alexis you and I know that�s not exactly true.� �I know I shouldn�t have gone to Stefan for help. And yes I could kick myself.� She gets up and places Kristina in her playpen. �but Ned pushed me in a corner.� Cameron is about to say something. �I really don�t feel like fighting with you about this. I�ve had a really long day.� Trying to be sympathetic �So what do you say we talk about something a little more pleasant?� �Actually the only thing I want to do right now is climb into a hot bath and think about absolutely nothing.� She looks down at Kristina. �Do you mind watching her for a little while longer?� Cameron�s just looking at her. She has no idea that he�s thinking about her naked in the tub. �Cameron.� She walks over to him and snaps her fingers. �Snap out of it.� He looks at her. �Do you mind watching the baby?� �Ummmmm no not at all.� He stands up. �Go enjoy your bath, Kristina and I will be fine.� She kisses his cheek. �Thanks.� Cameron watches as Alexis makes her way down the hallway. �You know Kristina this is getting harder and harder.� Kristina looks up at him and smiles brightly. He walks over and picks her up. �You have no idea what I�m saying do you.� He shakes her head no. �But you don�t really can anyway. You just love being talked to.� He gives her a hug. �I wish it was as easy to talk to your mom as it is to talk to you.� Kristina laughs �One way or another I�m going to get your mom to open up to me. Get her to realize if she just gave us half a chance we could be magical together.� Kristina laughs louder �Thanks for the support kid.� He sticks his tongue out and makes a funny face. �You know I could really use you on my side.� He lifts her up and blows on her stomach. �Because your mommy certainly isn�t going to make things easy for me.� ~@~ An hour later Cameron comes walking out of Kristina�s room and runs smack into Alexis. She has just gotten out of the tub. Her hair is soaking wet and she�s wrapped in nothing but a towel. �I�m sorry I didn�t see you.� He looks up and notices her attire. Feeling a little uncomfortable. �Is Kristina sleeping already.� He looks back at her door in order to take his eyes off of her. Breathless �Yea I just put her down.� She looks down towards her feet. �With any luck she�ll sleep through the night.� Still breathless. �I know you could use a good night sleep.� He looks at her. �I don�t think you�ve had a full night sleep since we moved in.� Thinking to herself. �If I could get your hot sexy body and the feeling of your soft touch off my mind maybe I could.� Looking up at him. �It�s not like you�ve had a good night sleep since you moved in either.� He tires to move past her and his body hits hers. She quickly grabs her towel. �I should really get dressed.� He runs his fingers through her hair. �It�s not a good idea to go to bed with a wet head.� He moves his body closer to hers. She could have sworn her heart just skipped a beat. �I�ll probably just brush it and let it dry on it�s own.� The sexual tension between the two of them is climaxing. His hand hit�s the side of her face as he plays with her hair. �I could brush it for you if you�d like.� Thinking to herself . �I wish he�d just shut up and kiss me.� She brings her face closer to his. �I�m capable of brushing my own hair, thank you.� The heat from her hot breath is driving him insane. He places his free hand against the wall, which forces her to step back and jump slightly. �I take it the wall is cold.� Taking a deep breath �Just a little.� He moves his body and lips closer to hers. �If your cold I could always warm you up.� She looks deep into his eyes. �I�m sure you can.� His lips barely touch hers �It�s getting warmer in here already. Slowly he pulls away from her lips, across her cheek and down the baseline of her neck. She grabs her towel and swallows hard as her body goes nub. She�s finding it harder and harder to breath as his hot soft lips touch her shoulder. Moaning �You taste so good.� �Cameron I really think.� �Shhhhhh don�t think.� His hand makes it�s way down her thigh. �Just feel.� A single tear escapes her closed eyes. �Oh trust me I feel you against me and I do want you ----- it�s just-----.� He rubs his fingertips across her lips, allowing her to bite them lightly. �You want me.� His mouth collapses over hers. They kiss passionately until he pulls back �And I want you.� They kiss again with even more passion and more feeling then before. She can�t believe how much she wants him and how much his touch is driving her crazy. She knows if she lets things go any further she�ll be lost in him forever. And it�s something she�s just not sure if she�s ready for. Quickly she moves her body out from under his. �I�m sorry I can�t do this.� �Alexis it�s alright to let yourself go, to allow yourself to feel all the emotions your feeling right now.� Crying �I know I let things go this far but I shouldn�t have.� �Alexis if I�ve done anything to ------� �You didn�t do anything wrong Cameron. It�s not you it�s me.� He looks at her and she can�t stand to see the confused pain in his eyes. �I�m sorry � She runs towards her room. �Goodnight .� Cameron�s heart sinks as he watches Alexis close and lock the door behind her. �Stupid --stupid --stupid-- I know she wasn�t ready I just couldn�t help myself. Stupid---stupid---stupid.� He repeats to himself as his head his the wall over and over again. |
