The divorce is almost final. Neither could believe the other signed them, let alone signed them themselves. It seemed like a very long time since their youngest son Zack was killed by his sister Chelsea, and yet it's only been a month. How could Bo and Hope loss so much in such a short period of time? How could they let hatred win over love? How could they just sit there in different places starring at the same picture of the two of them together and neither one of them picking up the phone to call the other... if for nothing more then to hear the others voice. Simultaneously a tear dropped from each others eyes and neither could handle the pain anymore.

Hope just busted out in tears, screaming to herself "I can't believe he agreed to the divorce... why oh why did I ask him.. what have I done to us Brady?"

Bo took the picture of the two of them and threw it across his empty living room floor. "Where are you Hope? I need you." He cried as his knees hit the floor.

Chapter one

Bo was sitting in the dark listening to all the sounds he thought he'd never hear again, but yet couldn't get out of his head. 'Bo, honey breakfast is ready.... Zack how many times do I have to tell you you can't bring that to school... mommy, daddy's home... I love you daddy.... Bo Brady what am I going to do with you......I love you daddy... I love you Brady.....push me higher mommy....I love you daddy.... Chelsea look what I've got...I love you daddy.... daddy color with me...I love you daddy...I love you daddy....I love you daddy...........' "I can't take it anymore." he screamed as he threw his empty beer bottle at the front door just before it opened.

"I didn't think you'd be here."

"Hope your home." He replied it utter disbelief.

She dropped her bags and so wanted to run into his arms and tell him she loved him but she couldn't seem to move her feet. "I was under the impression you moved out."

"Fancy Face we need to talk."

"I believe everything that had to be said was said in the divorce decree."

"And we're just suppose to end over 20 years of marriage just like that?" He asked hoping for anything but what she had to say.

"Are you moving out or am I?"

He didn't say a word as his eyes were about to meet hers and she quickly looked away. Her body language said it all so he had no other choice but to pick up his jacket and walk out the door.

She didn't know what to make of the tension she felt as he walked past her and slammed the door. She just stood there and looked across the empty room silently crying to herself. "Brady I'm sorry."

~ Jenns House ~

"Jenn you home?" Hope yelled as she opened the front door.

"Hey Aunt Hope." Abby stated coming down the stairs. "Mom's outback with Jack Junior." She gave her a big hug. "You look great.... considering everything and all."

"You don't have to worry about what you say Abby.... I've come to terms with Zack's death...as good as I can that is."

Abby looked away. "I miss him so much Aunt Hope. I can't believe he's...."

Hope pulled her close. "It's okay sweetie we all feel the same way."

"Hope your home." Jenn screamed. "When did you get back? I was so worried about you? Why didn't you call me."

"I missed you too cous." Hope laughed as they embraced. "It really is good to be home."

"Does Bo know your back?" Jenn asked as they made their way into the living room. "If not you really need to call him. The two of you have to talk. I have no idea what on earth you were thinking sending him those signed divorce papers."

"Jenn I've already seen Bo and there's nothing to talk about."

"What do you mean nothing to talk about?" Jenn hollered

"Mom why don't I take Jack Junior into the kitchen and feed him some lunch, so you and Aunt Hope can talk." Abby asked taking the baby from her mother.

"Abby that really won't be necessary." Hope chimed in. "Your mom and I really have nothing important to talk about."

Jenn just looked at Hope and then turned to Abby. "Thanks honey that will be great. His lunch is on the table, you just need to get him something to drink. I believe his sippy cup is in the fridge."

"Jenn please I don't need a lecture on how I'm throwing my marriage out the window." Hope sighed sitting on the couch. "Bo said it all when he decided to sleep with his ex wife the night of our son's funeral."

"Hope honey I'm sorry about that." Jenn replied sitting next to her. "But I've been thinking and maybe nothing happened.

Hope just gave her a look.

"Come on think about it, this is Billie we're talking about maybe she planned the whole thing. Maybe somehow she knew you were out in the hall and she made it look like they slept together."

"I can't believe your doing this to me." Hope stated firmly. "My marriage is over because my husband choose to be with his other family and that's somehow my fault."

"Hope I never said it was your fault, but have you even spoken to Bo about it?"

"Have I spoken to Bo about the night he spent with his ex wife, while he should have been home supporting me and the child we lost?" Hope yelled getting up from the couch. "NO I didn't and I have no intention of doing so...If Bo Brady wants to throw everything we have away then who am I to stop him?"

"Your his wife, that's who you are." Jenn stated firmly. "and it's way past time the two of you remembered that and stopped playing these stupid games."

"Jenn he doesn't want me." Hope stated almost in tears. "He wants Billie and the daughter they created... something I couldn't give him."

"You've given me more then that Hope." Bo replied entering the room with Frankie. "You've given me a reason to live... a reason to go on with life... you taught me how to love and more importantly how to be loved."

Hope took one look at Bo and started to cry. "I'm sorry Bo." She looked over at Jenn. "I'm sorry Jenn... I just can't do this... not now."

"Hope please we need to talk." Bo said walking towards her.

"There's nothing to talk about." She stated as she turned to walk away.

"Yes there is." Bo yelled racing towards her and grabbing her arm. "I don't want this divorce Fancy Face... I love you."

She looked him straight in the eyes. "Then why did you sign the papers."

"Because I thought that's what you wanted." Bo stated almost in tears himself.

"What I wanted?"

"You were the one who asked for the divorce Hope, not me."

"I never thought you'd agree to it."

Bo dropped Hope's arm. "So you only asked ...to what....scare me?"

Hope looked around the room. "I don't know why I asked Bo... I was upset... mad... hurt..."

"Hope do you want a divorce?" Bo yelled cutting her off. "YES OR NO because I sure as hell know I DONT
