SALEM PD "You wanted to see me." Shawn says peaking his head through the door. "I wasn't sure you'd show." "You called and ask me to meet you dad, so why you so surprised I'm here?" "After what happened between you and your mother the other day." Shawn places both his hands on Bo's desk. "Dad i know I said things to mom that I shouldn't have said and I'm sorry. I promise I'll call her tomorrow and apoligize." "Son it's more then what you said to her." "Dad i said i'm sorry what more do you want." "For one thing I'd love for you to see the bruishes you left on her shoulders." He stands up "Thanks to you your' mother's in a lot of pain." "Dad what are you talking about? If anybodies left a mark on mom it's you." "i have never laid a hand on your mother." Bo yelled "you know dad I honestly think you've lot it. Maybe you're spending to much time with Billie." "Billie has nothing to do with the treatment of your mother." "Not on my part perhaps, but you on the other hand are deliberiatly hurting her." "Somehow I don't think I'm getting through to you." Bo walks over and places both his hand on Shawn's shoulder. "The other day when you held your mother this way and shook the crap out of her you seriously hurt her." Shawn can't help but laugh. "dad have you been drinking." Bo looks him directly in the eyes. "Have you?" An officer opens th door. "Excuse me detictive Brady Ms. Reed is on the phone for you." "Thank you" Bo says before directing his words back to Shawn. "Don't go anywhere." Trying to be smart. "You sure you don't want me to step out into the other room while you talk to your girlfriend?" Bo gives his son a dirty look before picking up the phone. "Hey Billie what's up?.......... yea okay I'll be right there." He hangs up. "Hot date, with your ex-lover.... Gee what would mom think?" Shawn makes a funny noise. "oh that's right whatever mom doesn't know won't hurt her right." He starts to walk out of the room. "Don't do anything that might get you thrown out in the snow now dad." "You know Shawn you aren't even funny." "Whose's trying to be funny, if you want to try and juggle two woman at the same time then more power to you. But since mom is one of those woman I'd watch out." "Why are you being such a smart ass? What the hell has gotten into you?" "According to mom Jan, but of course if you spent half as much time with her as you do Billie, you'd probably already know that. Now if you excuse me Jan' out in the car waiting for me." He walks out the door. "Shawn we aren't done here." Bo yells after him only to be stopped by the officer again. "Ms Reed's on line 2 again and she says it's very important she speaks to you." Frustrated. "Thanks, I'll take it in my office." Christmas Tree Lot. "Hey gourgaus, looking for somebody imperticular." Hope turns around. "Actually Patrick I found him years ago." "And you've what misplaced him." Laughing. "No he's at the office working." "I didn't realize that he and Billie were back from Europe. Did they find Georgia?" "I wish they would have." "I know this is hard for you Hope, I just wish Bo understood that as well." "Bo and I are fine Patrick." She walks over to a different tree. "So you don't need to worry about it." "If everything's fine between you and Bo why is he down at the offfice working and not out here helping you find the perfect tree." She turns and looks at him. "I thought I'd surprise him." He grabs ahold of the tree she has picked out. "Well in that case what do you say you let me give you a hand getting this monster home?" "I'd like that, thank you." |
