| CHAPTER 16
Trevor is walking through the park with Molly in his arms singing a lullaby. His eyes light up as he spots Sonny talking to two men. He smiles an evil smile as he makes his way over to an empty bench and props Molly up on the back of it holding her for support. He then takes Molly�s hand and they begin to wave. �Hi, Uncle Sonny.� Sonny turns and looks around. The rage inside him instantaneously starts to build. He nods to dismiss the two men he was talking to and walks over to Trevor. �What are you doing with her?� �My granddaughter and I are just bonding.� He replies nonchalantly. �Where�s Alexis? Sonny asked trying not to scare Molly. �I�m not really sure. I just found Molly wondering around the park.� �Alexis would never leave her kids unattended.� Sonny stated as he held out his arms to Molly. Trevor quickly picked Molly up and tossed her in the air kissing her belly as she came down. �You know I should call social services and report Alexis as an unfit mother.� �Where�s Alexis, Trevor!� Sonny demanded to know.� �I can�t believe a woman of her statute would ever be accused of child endangerment.� He playfully plays with Molly�s belly and she laughs. �I guess my son was right to take Molly away from his mother. I don�t understand however why he ever gave her back.� Sonny doesn�t move two inches from Trevor as he pulls out his cell phone. �If you�re calling Alexis.� Trevor stated. �I already tried but it went straight to her voicemail. �Milo, it�s Sonny. Where�s Alexis.� �I don�t know boss.� Milo replied from the other end of the phone. �I think I lost her.� �What do you mean you lost her.� Sonny yelled causing Molly to cry. �You know you should really watch your temper around young children.� Trevor stated with a tone of pure enjoyment. Sonny looked up at him. �Find her and find her now.� �Yes sir, right away sir.� Was all you heard from Milo as Sonny closed his phone. �Give her to me Trevor, or you�ll wish you had.� Sonny said holding out his hands. �I don�t know.� Trevor smirked. �I think I should hold on to her until we find her mother.� �That isn�t going to happen.� Sonny replied point blank as he picked up his phone and nodded at the same time. The two men is was talking to earlier came walking out behind the bushes and stood on either side of Trevor and Molly. �Viola I need to know where Alexis and Kristina are.� Sonny said into the phone as he motioned for his men to take Molly from Trevor. �Kristina�s in school Mr. Corinthos and I haven�t seem Alexis since she left for the office earlier this morning.� Trevor willing hands over Molly, and Sonny motions for them to bring Molly to him. �Okay Viola it�s very important that I talk to her so if she calls I need you to have her call me on my private number right away.� Sonny said not waiting for a response as he closed the phone and took Molly in his arms. Molly instantly stopped crying as she put her thumb in her mouth and laid her head against Sonny�s chest. �This isn�t over Trevor and you better pray Alexis is okay.� Sonny said clearly as he and his men walked away. Sonny handed Molly over to one of his men while they were walking. �Take her back to the lake house and keep a close eye on her and Viola. I don�t want them to be left alone with anybody.� �Yes sir.� The one man said retrieving Molly from his arms. �It�s okay sweetie, mommy and I will be home in a little while.� Sonny said kissing the top of her head as she held on to him for dear life. �You go with John now okay.� �No, I don�t want to go.� Molly screamed as Sonny made her leave his arms. �I have to go and get your mommy.� Sonny said not so reassuring to the screaming child as he nodded for his men to just go. Sonny painfully pulled out his phone again and dialed another one of his men. �Yes Mr. Corinthos. What is it you need?� The man answered on the other end before Sonny spoke. �I want you to pull Kristina out of school and take her home.� �Yes sir.� The man replied. Sonny hung up his phone and called Milo back. �Have you found her yet.� �No sir, we haven�t� Milo replied �Well she didn�t just fall off the face of the earth.� Sonny yelled. �Now do what I pay you to do and find her.� *^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^ �Cassadine, Cassadine.� Sonny hollered through the halls of Wyndermere. �I know you�re here Cassadine so show your face.� �Sonny what�s the matter?� Emily asked running down the stairs. �Where�s Nikolas Emily?� �He went out of town on business.� �Where did he go?� �I�m not sure.� Emily replied puzzled. �He was gone before I got home. Will you please tell me what�s wrong?� �Has Alexis been by here at all today?� �Not that I�m aware of. Did something happen to her?� �I�m not sure but I can�t find her.� Emily walked over to the doorway. �Alfred can you come in here please.� �Yes Ms Emily what can I do for you?� Alfred asked. �When was the last time you saw Alexis!� Sonny demanded to know. �Yesterday sir.� Alfred replied. �She came by with one of your men to pick up the rest of her belongings.� �Sonny did something happen that makes you think she�s in trouble?� Emily asked. �Just call me if you here from her or Nikolas.� He replied walking out of the room. �Mr. C. I�ve called all over town and nobody�s heard from her.� Milo says meeting up with him in the hall. �She couldn�t have just fell off the face of the earth!� Sonny shot back. �So I suggest you do what I pay you to do and find her.� �Yes sir.� Milo fearfully said as Sonny walked away. �May I ask where you plan on going.� �To check on the girls.� *^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^ Sonny walked through the front door of the lake house. One of his men who was standing in the living room pointed down the hall. Sonny nodded to him as he made his way to Kristina�s room. Viola put her finger over her mouth when the door opened. �I just got her down.� She whispered. They walked out of the room and down the hall towards Molly�s room. �The poor thing wouldn�t stop crying for her mommy.� Viola said with her hand on the doorknob. �I take it by the look on your face you still haven�t found her?� Sonny shook his head. �I was hoping that by some miracle she was here.� �I�m sorry Mr. Corinthos but I still haven�t heard form her.� Viola looked at him. �You don�t think the same person who killed Leticia has done something with Ms. Davis, do you?� �Let�s hope not.� Sonny replied as his cell phone vibrated. �Is it her?� Viola asked. �It�s a text message.� He replied �What does it say?� Sonny opens it. �Good lawyers are hard to find but easier to lose.� He closes his phone and quietly opens Molly�s bedroom door to check on her. �I want you to stay with her in case she wakes up.� �No problem.� Viola replies as a horrified Sonny takes off down the hall. |
