| CHAPTER 6
~ Salem Place ~ Chelsea and Morgan are looking through one of the store windows when Morgan notices her dad standing in the distance. Hey dad what are you doing here? Morgan asked. Morgan sweetie. Paul said shocked to see her. What are you girls doing here shouldnt you be in class. Class was cancelled Mr. Hollingsworth. Chelsea answered. I noticed you seemed preoccupied with something is everything okay? Daddy what do you keep looking at? Morgan asked. Morgan, Hopes sitting at the table over there talking to her Aunt Maggie, Ill be right back. Chelsea said as she wandered off. Mrs. Brady sure is pretty. Morgan said to her dad. She sure is. He replied not being able to take his eyes off of her. Maybe we should go over and say hello. Just as Morgan and Paul were about to reach the table Bo walked up and sat down. Paul stopped Morgan short. You know honey I just remembered an important call I need to make. Ill see you later. He added as he quickly kissed her goodbye and took off. Morgan thought her fathers behavior was really strange but she just blew it off and walked up to the table. Hey Morgan, why dont you join us? Hope said moving over a seat closer to Bo. Whered your dad run off to? Chelsea asked stealing one of Hopes fries. He said something about business and took off. Morgan answered. Ill catch up with him later. Well if you all we excuse me I have a restaurant to get back to. Maggie said picking up her bags. But thanks for going shopping with me this morning Hope. I had a wonderful time. Maggie let me help you with those. Bo said taking some of her bags from her. Ill walk you to the car. Maggie kissed Hope goodbye and took off with Bo. Maggie I know this is going to sound weird. Bo said as they made their way to the car. But how did Hope act today. Maggie gave him a strange look. I mean did she seem lost or ever give you the impression that she thinks somebody is following her or anything like that? Is somebody following her? A paranoid Maggie asked No there isnt. Bo said sorry he said anything at all. You know you really should get going if youre going to make it back to the restaurant before the lunch crowd. He pushed her into the car. Ill have Hope give you a call later. He waved goodbye and then quickly walked off before she could say anything. On the way back to the table his cell phone rang and he answered it. Hey Bo its me Billie, I dont mean to bother you but I couldnt get a hold of Chelsea and I was wondering if youve heard from her lately. Shes actually at Salem Place sitting at a table with Hope and one of her sorority sisters, Morgan as we speak. I could have her call you if youd like? Id like that . I really do miss her. Billie replied trying to make him feel sorry for her. London is so far away and I just dont want her to think Ive abandon her. Or just plain dont have time for her. Im sure she doesnt feel that way Billie. Bo replied falling for sadden tone. Ill make sure she knows how much you love her and that she keeps in touch with you. Id really appreciate that Bo. I dont know what shed do without you? Bo didnt hear a word Billie said as he stopped walking because he noticed Paul Hollingsworth standing across the courtyard starring off in Hopes direction. Billie I have to go .. Ill have her call you. He abruptly said hanging up the phone and walking towards Paul. I thought you got lost. Hope laughed as she ran up to Bo wrapped her arms around him and pulled him into a big kiss. I didnt realize I took that long. Bo replied once the kiss was broke. Is something the matter? Hope asked He looks over where Paul was standing but hes gone. Nope not a thing. He reassured her as he picked her up and swung her around playfully. Good the girls are watching my bags. What did you buy anyway? He asked as they walked on. She smiled brightly. Nothing much. Somehow I doubt that. He laughed as he smacked her on the butt. I promise I didnt break the bank. She screeched as she removed his hand and placed it higher on her back. Its not like the girls dont know what married people do. He whispered to her as they finally hit their destination. What are you too love birds laughing about? Chelsea asked nonchalantly. Maybe you two should get a room. Morgan added as she blushed Bo looked at Hope. And you thought they didnt know. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Meanwhile Billie showed how annoyed she was that Bo hung up on her as she slammed her cell phone closed and threw it across the room almost hitting him as he exited the bathroom. What was that all about? He asked. Who was on the phone? That was Bo. She replied pacing the floor. You didnt tell him you were back in town did you? No he still thinks Im in London. Not that he probably even cares since hes clearly too busy dealing with Hope and her sick paranoia thanks to you. She never saw me. You better hope not! Im not that careless. You better just remember one thing. If you get caught you havent seen or heard from me since I left town. She walks over and picks her cell off the floor. Youd be wise to stay away from the Brady house as well. The last thing we need is Bo catching on to our plan. He finishes towel drying the top half of his body, throws it off to the side and walks up to her gropingly. What do you say we find something to help take your mind off of Mr. and Mrs. Brady. She swings around and faces him. The only Mrs. Brady you will ever refer to in reference of being married to Bo Brady .. is me. She pushes him down on the bed. And dont you ever forget that! |
