| CHAPTER 1
�Good Morning Brady.� Hope says as she comes walking down the stairs. �Shhhhhh!� Bo says as he looks over at the playpen. �I just got Ciara back to sleep.� �You know Brady you really shouldn�t be picking her up.� She stated as she lightly gave him a kiss. �You just got out of the Hospital after having major surgery.� �I really wish you�d stop worrying about me so much.� �Impossible.� She laughs as she looks down on Ciara. �I would have gotten her you should have woken me.� �Have you ever tired waking you.� He laughed back. �I could set a bomb off and you�d never know it.� She looks out the front window. �Bo were you in the back yard at all this morning.� �Nope can�t say I was,� He replied looking through the paper. �Why?� She shrugs him off. �Nothing really. I�m going to go get some coffee.� Something bothered Bo as she walked past him so he followed her into the kitchen. �Okay Fancy Face what gives?� �Nothing.� She replies as she turns around from looking out the backdoor window. �I just though I heard something is all.� �You seem a little tense.� He adds as he wraps his arms around her waist. �Would you like me to go out back and look around.� �No.� She sighs. �It was probably just a cat or something.� She gives him a kiss and then pushes him away. �Would you like a cup or do you already have coffee?� �Alright that�s it.� Her says firmly as he opens the back door. �I�ll be right back.� A few moments later Bo comes back into the kitchen and enters the living room. �There is nobody out there�. And I�m talking to myself!� �You say something?� Hope asked as she walked up behind him. He swung around and threw his arms around her. �Yes there is nobody in the yard.� �I told you, you didn�t have to go out there.� �Yes I know.� He agreed �But I know you well enough to know that if I didn�t go check you�d never let it go.� �Thank you.� She said before giving him a kiss and then trying to push back out of his arms. �Bo I have to get to work.� �I was kinda thinking�� He said as he started to unbutton her blouse. �That maybe you could call in sick and the two of us could��.� She grabbed his hands and made him stop. �Bo until the doctors��� �Forget the doctors.� Bo replied as he over took her hands from his and pulled her close. �What do they know anyway?� He added while he trickled tiny kisses down her neck. �You can try you seduce me as much as you want Bo Brady but I�m not�.� She tried to catch her breath as his kisses become more intense and harder to resist. �But I�m not giving in.� She added as she was finally able to push herself free of him. �We are not having sex until the doctor tells me personally that it�s okay.� He walks up behind her and snakes his hands around her waist. �But I have a headache and trust me Doctor Dan can�t help me.� Hope tried not to laugh. �Then I suggest you take two aspirins.� �Trust me that won�t work!� Bo insisted as he flung her around and pulled her body as close to him as possible. Hope was about to make a smart remark when the door bell rang. �I need to get that.� Bo got frustrated and dropped his arms. �Go away.� He yelled. �And Good Morning to you too.�Lexie yelled from the other side of the door.� Hope stepped backwards a few steps and looked down and then back up to Bo�s eyes. �You might want to sit on the couch before I open the door.� Bo went to sit on the couch and Hope couldn�t stop laughing as she opened the front door. �I hope we didn�t come at a bad time?� Lexie asked as she gave Hope a hug. �No please come in.� Hope replied. Lexie and the woman she was with walked over to Bo. �Bo Brady this is Nancy Westerling your nurse.� �My what?� Bo asked as he jumped up and looked over at Hope, who in turn gave him a look and he instantly sat back down and grabbed a pillow. �I do not need a nurse Hope.� �Fine then.� Hope said as she walked over and picked up a now crying Ciara. �Then just think of her as somebody to help take care of Ciara while I�m at work.� �Lexie there is some coffee in the kitchen.� Bo point blankly said. �Why don�t you take Nancy here into the kitchen and enjoy a cup while my wife and I have a talk.� Lexie took Ciara from Hope and whispered �Good luck.� Into her ear before heading into the kitchen with both Nancy and the baby. Bo waited for them to leave the room before he stood. �Hope I do not need a nurse. I am capable of taking care of myself and our daughter.� �Bo please don�t argue with me on this. I�d feel so much better knowing she was here with you and Ciara while I�m working.� �I�ve got a better idea why don�t you stay home with me and Ciara and take care of us yourself?� �Because like it or not the bills won�t pay themselves.� �I believe you have a trust fund that would take care of them.� Bo added. �One that you�ve been telling me for years I couldn�t touch.� She rebutted. �Now behave yourself and let Nancy help you with Ciara.� She gave him a kiss. �I have to go. I�ll call you later to see how everything�s going.� Bo looked like a little kid who just had his candy taken away as she walked towards the door. �Fine maybe Nancy has something for my headache.� Hope quickly turned around and gave Bo a look that could kill. �No no no���..I seriously have a migraine.� |
