1. At present I can only accept either Certified Bank Checks or Money Orders. Both must be drawn on U.S. Banks in U.S. Funds. Made payable to Tammy Shaffer. If you wish to pay with a personal check, that also must be in US Funds drawn on a US Bank, and there will be a delay of appx. 3 weeks while the check clears both banks.

2. If an item is out of stock you will receive an email notifiying you of the length of time it will take to become available again. In the case of Bisque the amount of time will generally be less than 3 weeks. For finished pieces, that will depend upon the piece itself, as some of the pieces obviously take longer.

3. Prices shown DO NOT include Shipping Charges.

4. Shipping will be done either via UPS or the Postal Service. Until I can come up with a better way to do the shipping, please use the following prices -

Small items - up to 6 pieces - $5.99
Over 6 pieces - $1.99 per piece

Larger Pieces (not including Scenes) - $5.95 each

These are only approximate amounts, and do not include insurance, etc. The price shown on your confirmation e-mail will be the correct price.

5. Orders are filled as soon as possible. When a piece is out of stock, it will naturally take longer, but you will be advised of the delay and given the option to cancel the order.

6. An order MUSTcontain a valid e-amil address. If it does not the order will not be filled.

7. When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain a duplicate of your order, along with (if necessary) any corrections to the total(s). Since the shipping charges you have used to calculate your totals are only an approximation, I ask that you use the TOTAL shown on this confirmation e-mail as the correct and final one. There will also be a re-print of the payment terms. Also at that time, and that time only, will my mailing address become available.
