Thr Rock's feud with Austin, Keibler/Wilson match, WWF Heat>
The WWF creative team is gathering quite a number of matches between The Rock and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. Recently, The Rock defeated Austin via Disqualification, which got quite a response from the fans. During the next few months, the WWF is booking matches to take place pitting Austin against Rock. However, it is unknown if WWF officials will book matches between the two for WWF TV events.

Although extremely unlikely, there's a small chance that Sunday Night Heat will move its way back to its old format, that being a complete arena broadcast not showing WWF New York footage or commentary. In addition to the old format, "big name" WWF/WCW/ECW stars are also expected to start cutting promos for the taping to help rise ratings. The WWF feels that all Heat needs is stronger push rather than having the show go to waist. Aside from Heat, Excess isn't doing too well either. Don't look for this to happen in the near future.
With Stacy Keibler and Torrie Wilson battling off in a Lingerie Match for the No Mercy PPV, the WWF needs a "preview" of the match of some sort. Expect to see the two battling in something similar to a lingerie match to "get the ball rolling."
