Rock v. Austin at Live Event
This coming Sunday is a very busy day for the World Wrestling Federation wrestlers. In the morning, WWF wrestlers will be participating in the elaborate tour of the Ground Zero area and will be visiting fire fighters and some injured victims of the horrible attacks on the World Trade Center towers. At this point in time however, it isnt known whether the WWF will film the event or not. Sunday evening, the WWF has a monstrous show at Madison Square Garden with a huge main event match pitting The Rock vs. Steve Austin in a Title vs. Title match. The show begins at 2 p.m. and is expected to draw huge ticket sales. Speaking of ticket sales; advanced ticket sales for the event is at 11,000 for $410,000. In terms of advances on ticket sales, this is very solid on just about any scale you can think of. The thing people are curious about, is if the show will in fact sell out. The last show the Rock headlined at MSG fell only 1,000 tickets shy of this phenomenon. With the show going up against one of the biggest NFL games this year, the New York Giants vs. St. Louis Rams, competition is a definite for the show. With both these events taking place the same day, it looks as if the WWF has their hands full Sunday.

On another note, this could very well be a hint to the much anticipated Rock v. Austin main event at WWF Survivor Series.
