What if Brian apologized only to Justin?
(215)

"WTF? Everything's back!" Justin mumbled to himself as he was walking into the loft. He looked up and saw Brian standing there, holding a copy in his hand.

"Be careful. Don't step on anything."

"Brian. whats going on here?"

"I've read your shit. It's really good and the art work isart."

"Don't try talking your way out of this with compliments, dick head."

"What, then?"

"You owe us an apology."

"I'm sorry."

"That's not good enough."

"What the fuck do you want me to do? Grovel?"

"Mean it!"

"What I did was immature, childish. An act of cruelty. Based on irrational fears and unfounded jealousy. If I were you I'd never speak to me again."

"That's better. So the mighty Brian Kinney actually gets jealous? What do you know, he's human after all."

"Very funny."

Justin walked over to him

"So, why were you jealous?"

"The apology wasn't enough, I see."

"Brian"

"It's not a big deal you and Michael doing something that I wasnt a part of."

"So?"

"Well, your lives usually revolve around me."

"A-ha." Justin smiled. "As does the world."

"Shut up."

"But something must have ticked you off. I mean, you trashed the place. What was it?"

"I already told you." Brian turned around and started walking towards the bedroom. "Could we please change the subject?"

"We were supposed to meet you at Babylon."

"Yea." Brian was taking off his shirt. "And you stood me up."

"We fell asleep." Justin was now standing on the steps.

"I know."

"You saw us."

"Yep." He sat on the bed, lighting a cigarette.

"That's it. Isn't it?

"What is?"

"That's why you were jealous. But were you jealous because I was with Michael or because Michael was with me?"

"Justin, enough already."

Justin climbed the stairs.

"No. Brian, I need to know."

"Look, you two just have a lot in common."

"So, you thought we won't need you anymore?"

"Michael will always need me. He'll always be there. He's my best friend. I wasn't worried about Michael."

Justin looked at him, feeling happy and sad at the same time.

"I don't want you to worry about me either."

"I can't help it."

"Why?"

"Justin, you're so young and you need things from me that I can't give you."

"You give me plenty."

"Not enough. And you know it."

Justin looked worried.

"Justin, it's ok. Nothing in life is a hundred percent.

"Except Michael."

"Not even him. We didn't speak for a while, remember? And then he moved to Wisconsin."

"Oregon."

"Wherever the fuck."

Justin smiled.

"Don't worry, ok? I'm not anymore."

Justin nodded. Brian put his arm around Justin.

"Now, go finish you work -  Build up my chin, I'm a super hero for God's sake. And then I'll put together a marketing campaign that'll make every fag on the internet wanna buy it. Deal?"

"Deal!"
