Shipping,  Returns  &  Ordering  Policies
Shipping:

All item shipped USPS, Priority - Insured for purchase price, unless buyer has different shipping preferences.  Buyer pays actual shipping charges, and insurance, calculated after sale is finalized and we have buyers/shipping zip code.  Any damage or loss during the shipping process will be covered by the required Insurance.  This is to protect both the buyer and Justagranny's Attic.  Items are shipped within 24 hours of verification of payment throught PayPal, ExchangePath, or other 3rd party payor services.  Items shipped  within 14days of receipt of payment by personal check. 
Returns:

Return any item within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.  Breakage after buyer takes receipt of item is NOT covered by this guarantee.  Any damage, breakage or loss during shipping is covered by the shipping insurance and NOT by this guarantee.  Item must be returned in original condition, in original container.  Refund is made within 24hours after item is returned, received and inspected.

Financial Information:


     Financial information is NOT collected by anyone at Justagranny's Attic Antiques and Collectibles, as we do NOT process payment, rather,the third party payor accepts full responsibity for said transactions.  At such time as we develop the ability to process the financial transactions in such a way as will provide our customers the best system for processing financial information securely, we will issue an addendum to this policy.





Order Processing:


    
Once an  order is placed, we contact the Payor Service the customer chose.  The Payor service will contact the customer by email, and set up payment.  The Payor Service will then contact Justagranny's and verify payment has been made and the item is then shipped.  If the customer pays by check, he is encouraged to do so with a secure Payor service via Electronic Check acceptance many of the payor services provide.  Otherwise the customer sends us the check via US Mail, and the item is shipped upon clearing our bank, usually after 14days.  We will also work with any payor service you prefer, or any Escrow service the customer prefers, at the customer's expense.
