Son of Mr. Rudy Botello Zamora Sr. and Mrs. Frankie Sue Acosta Zamora, I will be the first member of my family to graduate from a four-year accredited institution. My family originated in the western regions of Texas. On my father's side, our roots were born in the cotton fields of West Texas. On my mother's side, our roots trace back to the Muscalero-Apache Natives, who lived and worked this land long before it became the United States of America.
On my journey to obtain my Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering, I have attended Mountain View College, Tarrant County College, Texas A&M University, and the University of Texas at Arlington. I plan to complete my Master's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University. I also plan to complete my Master's of Business Administration Degree at the University of Texas at Arlington.
My professional experience during my Undergraduate studies have been as follows:

I plan to earn my commission as an officer in the United States Air Force upon graduation from the University of Texas at Arlington in the year 2005. During my active duty in the USAF, I will join the NASA Program as an Aerospace Engineer. I will attend the Air force Institute of Technology (AFIT) and earn my Master's Degree from Texas A&M University (Most Likely). Between the time I earn my commission and I retire from the NASA Program, I will have married a beautiful woman who will have made me a better person, because of her love. And we will have beautiful children who we will raise together to be honest hardworking citizens who follow their dreams and carry on the legacies of our fathers before us. I will retire to my horse ranch with my Life Partner somewhere beautiful like Colorado.
I come from a honest hard-working family. And I challenge myself of live each day according to the teachings that have been handed down by my fathers.

Respect, Pride, Duty, Commitment and Obligation... these are the five toughest words that I know. And it is these words that I will pass down to my family, "Because a son, I am... and a father, I will be someday." (AC Zamora 1912-1985)
