| Son of Mr. Rudy Botello Zamora Sr. and Mrs. Frankie Sue Acosta Zamora, I will be the first member of my family to graduate from a four-year accredited institution. My family originated in the western regions of Texas. On my father's side, our roots were born in the cotton fields of West Texas. On my mother's side, our roots trace back to the Muscalero-Apache Natives, who lived and worked this land long before it became the United States of America. |

I will attend the Air force Institute of Technology (AFIT) and earn my Master's Degree from Texas A&M University (Most Likely). Between the time I earn my commission and I retire from the NASA Program, I will have married a beautiful woman who will have made me a better person, because of her love. And we will have beautiful children who we will raise together to be honest hardworking citizens who follow their dreams and carry on the legacies of our fathers before us. I will retire to my horse ranch with my Life Partner somewhere beautiful like Colorado. |
| I come from a honest hard-working family. And I challenge myself of live each day according to the teachings that have been handed down by my fathers. Respect, Pride, Duty, Commitment and Obligation... these are the five toughest words that I know. And it is these words that I will pass down to my family, "Because a son, I am... and a father, I will be someday." (AC Zamora 1912-1985) |
