Well, a fanlisting is pretty much what it sounds like. It is a listing of fans! It is a place for all the fans of a certain person, place, or thing (in this case, the song "On My Own") to come together! Hurray!

The song was written by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Sch�nberg, and the lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer from the operetta Les Mierables. The song is sung by the character Eponine Thenardier, and is one of the more well-known songs of Broadway. The song has been sung by numorous people, including Lea Salonga (10th Anniversery Dreamcast) and Frances Ruffelle (Original London Broadway Recording). The musical is based on the book Les Miserables by Victor Hugo.
Why this song?
The reason that I chose this song to do a fanlisting of is mostly because I love it. Playing the role of Eponine in the School Edition has been a major blessing for me, and I have come to realize the relationship of this song to everyday life. It is the kind of song that everybody can relate to. Who hasn't been in love with someone not in love with them? It is a wonderful, emotional song that everybody should know and hopefully be able to relate to.
