Despite what I believe, for necessity's sake, I'll tell a little bit about myself on this page.
I am a high school Junior who spends most of her time writing -- because I am seriously overemotional -- or shutting off brain cells by watching television or playing video games. Sometimes I do work on a small comic I create with a friend of mine. It's mostly just for our enjoyment, and hiding in my sketchbook, currently.
You might also be asking yourself, "Why do you write poetry?" And if you aren't asking that, then that's okay, too. You can read on, or go away. I write because I need to. As it was recently pointed out to me, if I wasn't writing or expressing my emotions, I would probably literally implode. I'm a very emotional person and if I didn't get the emotions out somewhere, I would be a small pile of ash on the floor.
I've been writing poetry for a long time now, for a lot of different reasons. I'd like to think that my poetry has been developing, but I don't really know.
Clearly, there's not much else to say. If you've kept reading for this long, good job, you get a gold star. Mostly because all of this babble about me is really boring.
