Can't say with any certainty that anything has pissed me off today...amazing. I have decided according to my horoscope to start working on "me". I called and joined Curves this morning, start Monday on a brand new me..which gives me the extra time to pig out till then. *s We just got a new dog his name is Sgt. Bacon, "Sarge" for short..hes a boston terrier. We had a puppy like him about 3 years ago but my son accidentally ran over him and killed him. These are some really smart dogs but as pups are very hard headed and strong willed. In my opinion males are very hard to train...wonder why that is...cuz even in human form they're hard to train *s. Anyways Sarge has become a part of our family as of 2/19/05. He hates cats! Guess what..we have a cat...*yikes...needless to say my kitty PussPuss stays hidden most of the time and is quite relieved when I take Sarge for his potty breaks....she gets to come out from under the bed or out of the window sill to enjoy a potty break herself or some food and water. She's already attacked Sarge once...pounced right on his head from the top of my desk even! I was caught in the middle (uh huh can ya guess) stuff went flying off my desk...cam went one way...mouse and pad went the other...I got scratched but I don't know which one did it, it happened so fast. *Warning...never ever acquire a dog that you KNOW hates cats and still have a cat in your home....not a good combination really!
Lemme think of something that pisses me off..hm.....*walla! What pisses me off is our government still allowing foreigners who we are at war with and who are killing our men and women left and right every day, come into our country..OUR country! I've been here all my life...a Texan for 50 years and I still don't have anything and we've worked our asses off every day from the time we were old enough to work. And mind you I could be wrong about this and I'll be the first to admit I'm wrong and this is strictly my opinion.... but do they seem to be doing better than Americans are in this land of freedom? Fancy cars, fancy homes, fancy clothes, money out the wazoo...buying up our businesses..how many places of business can you walk into nowadays that is American owned? Hotels? Convenience stores? Hell no wonder the 7-11's got robbed so much...it was an American robbing the freakin Iranian! Yea baby! Taking back what is American I say. I'm with the opinion that if you don't speak our language don't come here because we sure as hell can't understand a thing you are saying! Learn our language...not us learn yours. And that pretty much covers another group of people but I won't go there ..just yet. Anytime a foreigner such as an Iranian or a Mexican comes to this country and breaks the law....what happens? He high tails it back to his country where he will never be found. What happens to an American when we break the law....we're guilty till proven innocent! They lock us up immediately and throw away the key, sometimes before we're even proven guilty. And this thing with our soldiers being court marshalled for the inhumane treatment of prisoners of war? WTF is wrong with this picture? What about all OUR prisoners of war who were starved, tortured and killed while a POW? What about them beheading our people on national television and nothing being done? It's a travesty of justice in my opinion. Makes me sick to my stomach and very pissed off. And another thing...John Kerry...I almost voted for him and I thank God I didn't now. Because I'm not very political I won't even discuss him here but just go to my Vietnam pages and watch the video that is there...then let's talk about it because I'd sure like to understand why John Kerry, Jane Fonda and all those other so called Americans weren't tried for treason. I never was particularly interested in anything political growing up in the 60's and 70's but as I get older I'm trying to catch up and understand just how this whole thing works. I grew up during the Vietnam war...watched most nights on tv what our people had to endure over there in a land where we had no business being. I still don't understand how we could just turn our backs on the Vietnam soldiers and consider them baby killers. They did what they were ORDERED to do by our government. Why can't people understand that? They came home not to a heroes welcome except by their families, but to a country who literally ripped them to shreds with words and turned their backs on them. To this day the Vietnam Vet is still fighting a war he doesn't understand. Night after night the dreams haunt him and invade his peace. He fights every day to be able to get medical attention and what is due him. Why? After 30 years he is still fighting.
Ok enough for now...wow I had no clue I had that in me! Guess just goes to show suppressing what ya really feel isn't good for ya. I again state these are just my opinions and I'm entitled to them as you are yours so don't email me cussing me out or belittling me cuz it won't do any good. I am an American and the ammendment that says Freedom of Speech...I freely use. Later........

Well I did it. I woke up this mornin decided it was time for me and I went and joined Curves for Women in Mexia. I start working out in the morning...8:30! I had to make it early so I'd get my ass up out of bed instead of just laying there till 10. lol Anyways I'm excited to get started and start feeling better not only about myself but getting healthier. I'll keep ya updated as to my progress, goals, and failures. I know it's not going to be easy but this weight didn't come overnight and there is not an overnight cure for it. It's a long hard road but I do realize that if I'll committ this to myself then I'll be successful. So wish me luck! Nothing has pissed me off so far today but as always day is still young.

Well the big "50" has come and gone...just another day for me. I sure don't feel 50 on the inside...the outside? eh that's a different story in itself. The kids did send cards and flowers and brought a birthday cake (by the way kids ya KNOW i can't have it *snicker). My husband carried me out to eat. And I thank the good Lord for letting me live a half-century! Don't think I don't thank Him every night I go to bed and every morning when I wake up breathing! I just had one of my granddaughters for 5 days during her spring break from school. She's something else I tell you. I swear she's 20 years old inside that little 6 year old body lol

Aren't children wonderful? Don't have a care in the world and don't mind letting people know when they're disappointed or hurt or happy; just whatever the occasion calls for. .......I actually don't have anything to rant about today...amazing huh? Been watching alot of news lately and as usual its always bad. My heart and prayers go out to the family of the Lundsford girl....she is now in God's hand and resting in peace. The SOB that killed her should be publicly executed with her father pulling the switch or whatever punishment is rendered. I just don't understand why a grown man has to take a child and do the things they do when there is so much free stuff out there. I guess because a child is so trusting and easy prey and can be overpowered. The bastard that did this is a sick individual..death is too good for him...should let him die a slow excruciating death. Now that brings me back to the pedophile..Michael Jackson...hes a sick bastard too but do you think he'll get his rightful punishment? If he does it will be a miracle. I say put his ass in prison and let em do with him what he's done to these children. Then see how many times he grabs his crotch...I don't think it will be his crotch he'll be grabbing! It shouldn't matter if you are a celebrity with money or just a common person, if you do the crime you do the time. The punishment should fit the crime...right? I've always said someone hurts one of my kids or grandkids they better hope the law gets to em first because I'll spend the rest of my life in prison for killing them. (Gee I thought I didn't have anything to rant about today) I think celebrities get away with too much just because of their status. Thing is when ya take away their money and their social status....they're just ordianary people. Hell they're just people to begin with its us the common folk that put em on their pedestals and flock to buy whatever has to do with them. Granted some celebrities do good and give back then you have those who just continually break the law and cause mayhem....they're slapped on the wrist and go on about their business. If it were me driving drunk and having an accident, being caught with drugs, making pornos, whatever the case might be....do you think I'd be sitting here writing about it?Hell no, I'd be so far under the jail I wouldn't be able to see daylight. I had a wonderful mother's day!! Hope everyone else did as well. All my children and 2 of my granddaughters were here. We kept the granddaughters entire weekend and kids joined us on Sunday for dinner. My daughter Misti was up from Beaumont and my daughter Tina was up from robbins; had a great day. We carried the two little ones to the Mesquite Tree Festival and PowWow in Coolidge on Saturday...kids danced and enjoyed all the games for the kiddos...Madison the youngest was afraid to go on the rides but did her share of dancing to the music....everyone was looking at her and laughing at how cute she was. (Pictures will be coming soon)We then went to the football field and watched them set up for the Inter-Tribal PowWow...was awesome watching the blessing ceremony at the start of the powwow. One of the girls had an accident and we hadnt brought an extra change of clothes so we had to leave before the actual powwow began but that was ok we had a good time being together. On Sunday while we were cooking, the girls enjoyed being outside and riding the power wheel 4 wheeler we had bought them and then they came inside to eat and continued on into their room and when they were done looked like a hurricane had hit lol We had a great weekend and hope to do it again soon. My son was also here...he and his girlfriend have moved back in with us temporarily! And we won't discuss that situation as I dont want to air my dirty laundry here. I'll bitch about everything else but I won't talk about things like that lmao...I'll save it for the time when it really gets to me...then watch out! Peace

The start of another week. May is almost come and gone...my how time flies when ya having fun huh? We didnt do anything this weekend but pay bills....amazing how they always come first! Richard got the tires for his new race car. Got them put on...yes we're going racing again. He broke down in the big truck on friday down in Jewett...worked on it saturday to get it to the house. not sure what it is this time! he seems to think its the alternator again....just spend a few hundred dollars getting a new one put on and new brakes. everything to do with this truck is expensive. I don't have much to say tonight...kinda tired
