My Dearest

This poem is dedicated to my best friend...we've had our ups and downs and even though he already experienced this feeling I think for someone else but probably not no more this is how I feel for him. I understand completely that he doesn't feel the same way for me but at least I know he loves me as a best friend and since I moved that's another reason why I wrote this poem. So he can always know that I'll love him no matter what.

How can I forget you,
You were there for me
When I needed you the most
You made me laugh
But you also made me cry.
I loved you,
I needed you
I wanted you.
But, sometimes I disliked you.
My only true love,
How can I forget you.
Sometimes you made me feel like you didn't care
And other times you made me feel special.
Even if we are apart,
Even if we change,
Always remember
You're my only true love
And, always will be.
